I've just playerd through mark of the assasin but did not get the ring. Is there a bug?

No, they made it really convoluted for some reason. Go here to claim:

Then go to Profile > 'Your registered game content' to download.

You have to download and install it (wtf bioware) then pick it up from the rewards chest at your home.
