Here is my character that I've created:
Nick "Ghost"
Age: 21
Date of Birth: May
22nd, 2165
Gender: Male
Mother: Unknown
Father: Unknown
Sexual Orientation:
Homosexual
Pre-Service History: Citadel
Born
Psychological Profile: War
Hero
Moral Affiliation:
Paragon
Military Specialization: Vanguard
Weapon Proficiencies: Assault
Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Pistols, Submachine Guns, Heavy Weapons
Biography:
I was born on the Citadel, the heart
and soul of Citadel space. I grew up never knowing my parents, not even their names.
As a child of the streets, I learned quickly that the world can be harsh; but I
remained true to myself and my beliefs… Even in this galactic metropolis.
All my life I have been look at with awe and
astonishment. I am a scientific abnormality. I am a natural human biotic. The eccentric
doctors and medical professionals tell me that I shouldn’t be possible. But here
I am, standing before them.
I’ve been given this “gift”, if that’s what you want to
call it. You try consuming 4,500 calories per day, and find time to meditate so
that you don’t lose control… of everything.
Although the thought of having unlimited potential scared
me, I was eager to put it to good use. I joined the Alliance military 3yrs ago,
volunteering myself for an expedition on an uncharted world. The mission was to
follow a ship of prospective settlers and help them cultivate a colony. We
arrived on the planet, not excepting a welcoming party. My unit faced a massive
coalition force of Cerberus operatives… I never thought I would meet these
infamous individuals. I rallied the settlers to me, leading them to the safety
of my biotic barrier which I had erected. My team was under heavy fire from the
enemy squad leader, and I knew we wouldn’t last long if I didn’t act fast.
Letting my biotic energy accumulate, I charged towards the squad leader;
phasing through obstacles and objects… Until my shotgun met my targets face.
Apparently my team didn’t know I was a biotic. Amazed by
what I had just done, they gave me the nickname “Ghost”, because of my phasing
through objects. For the first time in my life I felt like I had friends, maybe
even a family. Plus I thought the nickname was pretty cool.
After hours of brutal fighting and severe mental exhaustion
from holding up the barrier for an extended period of time and using my charge
ability, reinforcements finally arrived and the Cerberus operatives broke
ranks. But one them remained behind, disarmed and seemed to be surrendering. “Who
is the guy?” I thought to myself. From that day forward, my life changed
drastically.

I'd change a bunch of things I did ... but I'm thinking of building off this idea for the co-op character I'll be creating.
Name: Raas.
Race: Salarian.
class: Sentinel.
Dossier:
An STG-agent-turned-Spectre, Raas left his position with the council shortly after Saren was exposed for his involvement on Eden Prime. He's since put his expertise on tech, biotics, armor and weaponry to use opening a private firm as a manufacturer/seller of military-grade armaments. Raas is an influential player in the political arena as well, contributing generously to the campaigns of several candidates for office around the Citadel (and is linked to the assasinations of others, though no evidence of direct involvement exists).
Weapons:
Shotgun, SMG... I preach CQC-proficiency first and foremost!
Powers:
Overload, Shockwave, Warp Ammo.

BioWare giving us a little in-game space to enter mini-biographies on our multiplayer characters. Other players could read up on their allies, it would make each character feel personal, and they'd be a fun way to kill a little wait time in the lobby.

Can I share my completely random character or the one that would fit into co-op? In other words, does it has to be an existing class or can I share my own with my own powers?

Age: 25
Gender: Male
Mother: Moire Seppin
Father: Joseph Seppin
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Pre-service history: Colonist (Mindoir)
Psychological profile: Planetary Militia
Moral Affiliation: Neutral
Military Specialization: Engineer
Weapon Proficiencies: Rifles, Shotguns, pistols
History: While not directly involved in the raid in 2170, he lost several family friends that were caught in it, and was deeply affected. Afterwards, Eric took a intense interest in marksmanship and engineering, and proved to be one of the more enthusiastic members of the Mindoir Defense Militia(MDM).
In the MDM, Eric was accepted into the exclusive ordinance disposal program that the Alliance had permited the colonial militia to authorize. Eric proved exceptional adept with using the omni-tool in remotely detonating devices, but showed a tendency to stay closer than most would consider safe. Once, when a fellow militia member suggested that he get into the bunker with them before detonating, he responded "If Batarians hit us again, we need to know what it feels like without the bunker."
Eric has since been taken on as an instructor in the ordinance disposal progam, and works part-time as a demolitions contractor for the varrious mining interests on the planet.

I know what this topic is all about but " MINE " character was always Danierl Shepard I dont need to create another one - Mark's voice is also fine by me.

It's good that Shepard is completely fine by you, but there are a lot of reasons one can want to have a different character:
1) Not liking Shepards character. Even though the player can make some choices, large part of Shepard is still set for the player.
2) Not liking Shepards background options.
3) Not liking Shepards position for some reason.
4) Not liking the base class options.
5) Not being able to make a character that one likes due to weakness of character editor. ( Appearence )
6) Not liking Shepards voice.
Those are just a few that come to mind. Though I do enjoy playing Shepard, I would of course enjoy playing my own character more.

That WOULD be cool... except for all the peasants making silly "lore-invincible" mary and gary stues who are married to Shepard and has his/her biological children despite their character being an alien.who would know wrote...

I'm considering writing up a ME Pencil and Paper RPG ruleset....
That would be neat. I think I saw a few concepts online.

incidentally - the reasons to create an original character don't have to revolve around not liking Shepard for whatever reason. I like Shepard just fine, personally. but the idea, there at least was to play around canonical events but from a point of view of other people in that universe.
anyways - here's my character
Name: Renata Malis
Species: human
Home planet: was born on Earth, but her parents were in a first wave of pilgrims, colonizing systems newly accessible via relays, so she grew up on Terra Nova.
Sex: female
Age: 36
Distinctive visible tattooing, scars, etc: no tattoos, just basic ear piercings. faint scar on her left forearm, from when she fell off the roof of her childhood home.
class: civilian technician, with basic firearm training
Weapon of choice (if applicable): a can of mace and a strong set of lungs.
Renata is pretty average looking, 5’5” tall with a slightly plump body, dusky skin, hazel brown eyes and long brown-black hair, that she keeps in a single waist long braid, one of the few distinct features she has. Renata tends to dress conservatively in subdued colors. however, she has a weakness for interesting shoes, which saves her appearance from completely fading into the background. she tends to match her hairband color to her shoe color.
Personality: quiet, shy, tends to slip into daydreams easily, loves to read, especially if its fantasy stories involving a normal person being pulled into fantastic world and ending up as heroes. she wants to be something more, but her bursts of courage are few and far in between, mostly she just ends up blending in and staying under the radar. She is mostly oblivious to male attention as she's not used to getting much of it.
History: Renata grew up on a first generation colony farm. Her parents wanted a fresh start, so they packed up as soon as the call for colonists went up, so Renata can barely remember her childhood on earth. life on a farm was mostly the same chores day in and day out, with occasional emergencies that were generally resolved quickly. there weren't a lot of kids of Renata's age around, so she spent most of her free time reading, studying or browsing the extranet. she left for several years to study computer systems and VI programing, but came back to Terra Nova after graduation, taking the job that her parents found for her through friends.
But she felt resentment building slowly but surely over the years, itching to leave, to try to find something of her own so on impulse, Renata sent in her resume to human embassy on a Citadel. nervous for weeks afterwards, beating herself up for making such an impulsive move, she was incredibly surprised when she got her answer.. and a job offer - an entry level VI maintenance tech position, thanks to the recommendation of one of her old earth professors who just happened to have a niece working at the Embassy HR department and recognized Renata's name. She wisely decided, that professor recommendation is different from how her parents got her a job (after all - she did have to apply first) and has been working for the Embassy ever since.
Music:
Character Secrets - none that I can think of right now
no idea what her sexuality is either.. bisexual probably, just to give her more options.
