I've never had this problem before but on my latest playthrough Warden Carver failed to rejoin the party for the end game content. I saw him standing near The Hanged Man, but I didn't get a cut scene and when I clicked on him he just spouted off a line about us getting through it together or something. But no scene ever played, he remained greyed out in the party select scene, and he never appeared at the Gallows. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm not sure what caused this, he's worked fine on all my other playthroughs.
