So I bought Mark of the Assassin DLC with my bioware points, downloaded it, then started up DA2 but I couldnt gte into the game. It was like I hadn't got it, since there was no place to acess the game. When I went into the menu, it said the only extra I had was Legacy. I have a PC. So is there anything I can do about that? I was logged into my account and everything so it wasn't that, I don't know what I did wrong, and on my profile it says I should have it to. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm also having this same issue. I've downloaded the install file twice, on two different computers and browsers. I had no trouble installing the file, but when I look at my list of DLC in the game, MoTA shows an asterisk and is "unauthorized."
I've already logged out and back in from my account several times, but I still don't have the launcher statue in the estate.
And something else I noticed, pretty sure it's related - now all my DLC for DA:O is showing as "unauthorized."
Help!
