So far, the best way I know is to use the function GetReputation().

I test the target creature versus the faction leader of the PC's party.  If GetReputation returns less than 11, then the target creature is hostile.  I have never tested this method in game, but it seems like it should work.  Does anyone know a better way?  Thanks.

Comparing reps should work for you. Or, if you want, I posted a GetFaction() custom function: http://nwvault.ign.c...s.Detail&id=320

Yes. Use the faction pig, that's what it's for. Have a empty area in the module that's unused to store your faction pigs.

I make my custom faction pigs script-hidden. Sneaky pigs! I used a function to spawn in the pig right next to the creature in question. There could be a pig next to you right now, sniffin' you to check your reps.

How could you? After all those pigs did for you??? :(

As long as their aren't any faction dogs, they will just make an ungodly mess. Factions will be jumping this why and that, a few will end up under furniture or even a crawl space. You'll never get it sorted out, NPCs will be friendly one minute then clawing your eyes out the next round.
