I tried to download patch nwn2_pcx2_english_from1211549_to1221586.zip from the NWN2 Official Language Patches web page on the Vault, but I get a 'file not found' error. I also checked themultiple NWN2 Other pages, but it's not there either. Looks like another hiccup. I won't be able to fully update my offline (SoZ) toolset install, which is rather frustrating.

I tried again to download this from home, but I still get the 'file not found' error. Is there somebody I could contact? I sure would like to patch my SoZ toolset.

Horray! I finally got them all downloaded (from another page).
