EDIT> if it helps i also downloaded the DLC MotA and legacy, seems to download from the same location. but both files installed just fine. no problems there.
I live in Spain. and i did the traceroute that is recommended on the other tread below

When i download the highrestexture file and try and run it i get an integrity error:*tried 5 times now}
