When I enter the fort locke area (I haven't gone further)  my screen goes pretty much all white..... All functions remain the same, but all I can see aside from white is shadows from terrain, adventurers, npcs, etc... So I'm trying to figure out how to fix it... I didn't have the problem prior to entering fort locke area.

yes. sounds very much like the nvidia driver bug.

How does one go about doing this? I'm nearly sure I have updated drivers, but I will check, if you could be so kind as to give me a little guidance on it.

If you have an nVidia card:

NVIDIA Driver Downloads


fill out the boxes, download the file that looks good, close all apps and install

optional: reboot a couple of times.


ps. To find out what card you have, look in Device Manager or System information or run "msinfo32" or "dxdiag" ... etc etc.
