After dozens and dozens of attempts to upload my new characters, I'm at a complete and utter loss. The portrait and avatar files just will not upload, no matter how many times I reupload the character. It's been doing this for several days now, and I've grown weary of trying.
Does anyone know what might be causing this persistent, frustrating problem? It's gone on long enough, and my patience has worn thin.

Now it starts telling me "extra unexpected files uploaded" when I try to upload my character. It has never done this until now.
I don't understand. I've uploaded many characters in the past without any issues whatsoever. Is BSN experiencing technical difficulties all around, or am I alone?

You are surely not alone. There seem to be problems for some time now, at least for some users.
I have problems too and finally managed to get my euipment updatet but not my character level and game progress, which is really odd.

Thank the Maker, I finally got my character to upload properly. I guess after trying dozens of times, I was bound to get it sooner or later.

Yeah, me too. Finally everything seems to be up-to-date.
So as it seems the upload works fine, it just takes ages to show up on the website as I haven't started the game again.

I'm still with the same issue. Anyway I had to reinstall DAO so now it doesn't count.

I don't know what the solution might be - I just kept trying over and over, and it finally went through.
Of course, now I'm experiencing another issue - my Awakening profile isn't uploading properly. I swear, if it's not one thing, it's another.

I have the same problem, my characters are not updating properly or not uploading at all. My main character is still listed as his Origins stats, his Awakening, Amgarrak and Witch Hunt profiles are nowhere to be seen at all. The other characters are not updating and some are not even in the list. There is even a bug that states that my newly made Awakening Grey Warden has the dwarven noble origin, when he's clearly human.
