Another spawn of Maric would be my favourite out of the two.

But probably Fiona, since people have been begging for it since The Calling. Which wouldn't really affect anything in the past of future of DA in itself.

why not use characters that either don't have various states like Varric or use new ones why use peoples like alistair and spoil our games

this merits using   i dont like to do it but ive got no other choice

No, the revelation is that dragons inherit the titles from the people they eat.

DA3 will be about a dragon starting a rebellion in Ferelden in order to claim the throne. *nods*

Well all things considered it might not really matter because The Warden & Hawke did pull a Revan Remember up and gone thanks alot Bioware.

Oh well I am not opposed to the comic it might be good but In all fairness I think Sarcastic Hawke.Alistair.Varric & Isabella would have been Epic so much Snark can't breath must put comic away.

But I get why Hawke is not involved but I could always wish.

Yaaaaaaaaay!

Given that six different DA universes are contained within my PC, I don't think BioWare could write a story that doesn't contradict at least one of them, unless it occurs before the opening of DAO or takes place somewhere far away from Ferelden/Kirkwall and doesn't mention any existing characters. I'd rather BioWare decide on their on default state for Thedas and let me read more about Alistair, Isabela and Varric having adventures in Antiva.

So am I in a minority then to say I'm very interested about what lore they will reveal here (I think it's likely Alistair will meet Fiona) and not concerned about being able to fit it onto all my timelines? I have made choices that would keep Alistair from being there, or that have resulted in Wynne being dead. In those universes, these events do not occur. If you travel through the fifth or sixth dimension, you reach a universe where they do.

The article of choice is interesting - a versus the. So it's either Flemeth...or Morrigan, or another daughter of Flemeth (assuming that said daughters wear the proper noun "Witch" mantle).

David Gaider went from designing mods like Ascension (I doubt the kids will know what I am talking about) to writing comic books for anime-crazed wapanese. Embarrassing. I wish talented people like him concentrated on old school RPG design rather than wasting time on 13 year old console anime addicts.
