So I just got MoTA, I just started act 2, I'm a mage and I sent Carver with the Wardens, and when I click on the statue to start MoTA, I'm unable to select Carver as a party member.  But I've seen clips on youtube of Carver being part of the party, Warden armor and all.  Am I missing something?

You'll be able to select Carver for your party after meeting Tallis.
