 I watched a lot of Vangaurd replays and I haven't seen anyone else curving Charge. So I recorded myself doing it.

As far as I can tell, it doesn't really give you any advantage except you can land a little on the left or right depending on which side you curve.  

Anyone else do this?

How did you did that? Move left or right when hitting the charge button? But it did not seem to affect how you hit the target. Charge works pretty funny - I have tested trying to "aim" to the left or right before charging ( or higher or lower ), but the results are not reproducible. In your video there are times when you charge from the left or right but end up directly in front of Vasir.

Nope don't think I could ever curve my charges. Now hit my cover in front of me or get stuck in the sky, yeah managed to do that.

1. Get into cover.
2. Hold the direction you want to curve (left or right)
3. Press space to move out of cover. Then press the Charge hotkey when you're about halfway out of cover.

I never saw any benefit to it, but I have done that randomly for fun in my playthroughs.

I play on the 360, for what it's worth.
