Hey, so I had the game preordered from a certain Finnish site, which
meant I got the Black Emporium for free with it. Well I had it on my
first playthrough, it showed up on the map etc everything was working
fine. Then I formatted my pc after an unfortunate corruption of my
harddrive, and now when I reinstalled the Black Emporium no longer shows
up on my DLC list. I'm using the very same account I used last time and
I havent changed any of the account details except my password. Also
tried redeeming the code again but it says it's already been used etc,
I'm can't help but feeling kind of robbed here.



Any help on the matter is appreciated, I'll try contacting the official support as well, thanks in advance, rsz.

I had a similar problme. I had to reinstal the operating system, then when I installed dragon age II, none of my save games worked because some of the content was missing. Is there any way other than buying all the stuff I bought a second timeto access my save games?
