Hi all. I Search on google and with little help i find something about FAN REWARD PACK...
with three in-game items.. 

Specific:
The Arlathan Focusing Crystal,
Hawke Family Crest, 
Band of Stolen Shadows

Anyone heard of these bonus items ?

Hmm...
I believe that they might be be items that we will be able to gain later on, similair to how the Deep Green was given after the release of MotA, so we will just have to wait and see.

DLC is encrypted. So, if you didn't buy it, you can't play. Nobody can buy it and play now:mellow:

Heh, that's a good question...

It's probably up on the site because they know someone will find it.... then the moment someone does, this thread will be born... then hype is created.... then they announce it... then... I dunno.

The fact that it is a "fan reward pack" makes me think that it won't be for purchase... That with the next DLC, if you buy it and have bought all the other stuff, you get this for free or something like that. Or that everyone who posts in a thread on a certain day gets it... or something silly like that.... it could definitely be something silly like that.


EDIT: OH! It could even have something to do with watching DA:Redemption or something like that!

Chris Priestly said the Fan Reward Pack with these 3 items was a giveaway at San Diego Comic Con this past summer. Seeing as how there are none available on Ebay (and I'm not sure if this was a PC only thing or also available for the console versions), it may not be possible to get these items at this point.

As a fan, I must say, this Fan Reward Pack isn't very rewarding to those of us who knew nothing about it (which seems to be the majority).

I just came back after finishing Dark Souls, Sonic Gen and Skyrim. Just now learned about 'The Deep Green' even though I bought the DLC day one. Im getting sick of Bioware not actually telling us about this.

no info about this Fan Reward Pack on DA2 website in Addons and Bonus Items

Yesterday I've contacted the EA Support about that pack and that it's unfair that most fans don't get the reward they deserve, as well as those who want to collect just everything about Dragon Age won't ever be able to complete their collection, ever, thanks to this pack they didn't even announce before that con and not ever making it available anymore. And I also mentioned that most of those collectors most likely are (at least I am to a great bit) now feeling saddened and disheartened about their fav. game series' collection.
It took around 30-45 minutes until he said that he can't do anything about that, though, as it's not available, even for the support, anymore.
But he said he forwarded our chat to their superior and that I shall wait for his e-mail.
Let's see what he's gonna say..

EDIT: I also wonder what may happen if enough people complain about not being able to get the Fan Reward Pack even though it's a FAN REWARD, on the EA Support Chat:

At least the EA Support is available, unlike other companies' supports.. *sighs*
But I like the EA Support, we most likely can reach something if they see what we want! ^^

I disagree completely.  The fact that Bioware decided to be generous to a particular group of fans does not take anything away from the rest of us.

This is a totally different situation to, for instance, the "epic community event" which was promised for everyone but only made available to most U.S. states.  There, Bioware marketed an event for all and didn't deliver.  Here, they promised nothing, and don't owe us anything. 

Really, suppose that I decide to give a present to a friend who crossed the Atlantic to visit me, since I was so touched by the effort she made.  Them imagine if all my other friends started complaining that I didn't give presents to them too.  Wouldn't that show an absurd and wrong sense of entitlement?  The quoted comment feels just like that to me.

I have all DLC for Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2.
But not for Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2.
Why can't they just make extra DLC packs so everybody interested could get them.

EA Support isn't known for its ability to help. I am still waiting for them to get back to me on Bregan's Bow & Pearl of the Anointed for DAO. But I will try, you never know.
