Yes please! Heck, Object Rho was more demoralizing than Harbinger's chatter.

People like Sovereign more because he was the first reaper we ever encountered. Personaly I liked Harbinger just as much and I did not mind his chattiness to be honest.

I mainly prefer Sovereign over Harbinger simply because Sovereign had awesome voice effects. If they gave Harbinger similar treatment (and cut down on the taunts by about a third) I think he would make a much better villain.

I wonder if we will see another talking reaper beside the Harbinger.

The only problem with Harbinger was that he was The Voice for the Collectors. In ME, it was a variety of humans, Batarians, Geth beeps and boops, and so on. So, it only seems like Harbinger was monotonous because it was his voice you kept hearing, but the variety of phrases was far better than in ME. If you need a little refresher as to how much worse ME was on this point, let me put it this way:

ENEMIES EVERYWHERE!

I always chuckle a bit every time I hear that.  Wrex has you surrounded, Ash and I are just his back up!

The real leader of the Reapers is GLaDOS. She had to pass time since the Aperature Science facility was empty.

Which is Ironic, since Cave Johnson could defeat the reapers by throwing the damn box out and thinking with portals.

Maybe turn Harbinger into more a a Sovereign-esk character. Less interaction but when we do, it's damn bad news.

Although I'm pretty sure in ME3 we won't be hearing a TON from it, seeing as how the Cerberus troops aren't being possessed and the husk threat is basically, ya know, rather husklike. Considering the great variety of husks in the game I doubt they need to be "assumed control" of.
And well, Harby might be a little preoccupied with the whole Reaper invasion thing to take time out of it's busy day and spout one-liners at Shep.

That is if they even have a single "leader".  I am fine with with another Reaper being the one we take on in the climax but it would still be nice to run into Harbinger mid game or so.

Arrival Harbinger/Object Rho is what he should have been in ME2 and what he needs to be in ME3, he was showing himself and the Reaper's as a serious threat, though not as good as Soveriegn on Virmire it was however a vast improvement over his ME2 trash talk

Sovereign's voice was helped by the acoustics in that room which was essentially a metal stairwell. Harby's had insufficient reverb.

You do realize resistance is futile. That by using all this Reaper tech that will be around after the war, the civilizations in the galaxy will continue to develop along the tech lines the Reapers desire. And that someone somewhere will make the first of many Reapers.

This has all happened before and will happen again. The only way to avoid it is a time travel thing.

Oh ... one more thing..... "I will destroy you!"

That has nothing to do with the room.  They just applied different effects directly to the dialogue. It sounds exactly the same played in a media player as it does in game.

Bring back Sovereign. Just kidding, I prefer Sovereign over Harbinger, but I'll be fine with whatever Bioware decides to do with the Reapers.

Kill him of at the beginning, and then have a new, awesome Sovereign-like Reaper be the main bad dude.

This please:  Harbinger needs to step aside and if one voice represents the Reapers, it needs to feel right the way Legion voices the Geth.  Harbinger is more like the little brother Reaper that promises the bullies that his older brothers will come back for vengeance.  I never really disliked Harbinger, but I always felt Sovereign was better.
