Reinstalled NWN, but lost the keys
My old bioware account had it registered, but with this EA merge, I lost them
How can I contact EA to regain the details?
Tried FAQ, forms... no help there, need a specific email address

AFAIK, EA isn't accessing that database for games covered by Bioware prior to the buyout. Their help pages do not mention any pre-EA titles at all. That information was part of the "legacy" web site, which has been taken offline.

Try contacting Atari as they are the publisher. Other gamers have mentioned that they have gotten a lot of help form Atari in these cases. I also seem to be remember a post in the NWN forums saying something about looking for a file called nwn.ini or something. At any rate, I have found the keys for awakening and dragon age: origins looking through the registry in windows. Maybe this could be an idea?
