FFS I would have thought they would fix it with this DLC but no. I'm not really in to mods but if there is one to fix this I would appriciate a poiner. And and can any dev tell me why is it so ignored ? My warrior should have 20% crit normally I mean come on.

DLCs don't fix bugs.
They're not ignoring it. It's just not high on their to-do list, because releasing console patches is expensive and they don't like to release uni-platform patches.
Yes, there's a mod that fixes it. Try searching the Nexus.
