I had recently been downloading a few more mods for my dao and none of them reported any major problems, but for some reason now I can't start a new game for origins or awakening, however my old files still work as far as I can tell.  I uninstalled all the mods from damodder that I had just installed but it didn't change anything, it just closes dao and a window pops up saying that dao isn't working.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!

So I have confirmed that I cannot start any official bioware content(new games for dao, awakening, witch hunt, golems of amgarak, etc.) my game cache is 100% verified and all my other games work so I think it might have something to do with the fact that I purchased my copy from steam, however this is just an educated guess.

In case today's reappearance is significant, it seems to me that thread consolidation among the Stickies is overdue again;  when there are so many, none stand out from the rest.  And the type of Sticky Symbol that stays at the very top, like a yellow light globe, instead of a blue one, is needed for the two key threads, Read First and Solutions Roundup.
