I'm in the deep roads and I'm experiencing a lot of crashing. I mean like, every five minutes. I didn't have this problem before, but I installed a lot of DLC and some mods before this playthrough. Does anyone know how to help?

Registering the game is a good idea too. It tends to show you have a genuine copy. In some cases, maybe more likely to get help that way.
