I just hope you odn't pick her and pacify both her and Legion or Else Legion (or the Geth since if you pick her and don't get his loyalty back your ONE option with peace with the Geth is gone) might have something nasty in store for the creators in ME3. Which will ultimately be their well deserved desserts for the mourning war. Oh Keelah.

I think quarains got what was coming to them, because they got greedy and lazy, but on the other hand their race suffered enough so Geth with legion should realise ok lets end this pointless war and come with an agreement, and geth could help quarains to adapt again to their homeworld and geth could live with them.
See here is peace full resolution to the problem.

the 2nd AI tells you all "organics" must either control "synthetics" or destroy them, the criminal fortified this assumption with his actions

It's too bad for the quarians that they didn't treat the geth as sentient when they found out they were. They could've talked to them before hostilities broke out and learned that the geth prefer living in space. Then all the quarians would've had to deal with was an angry counsel.

They all just need to kiss and make up.

It never tries to ****ing kill anyone? Do you even remember that quest?
