Even now, I'm remembering that Tali recruit missions, where the dude with the Rocket launcher was suppose to flank me. What happened? He has a bloody rocket launcher, yet the moron still dies.

It's actually extremely easy to prevent him Kal'Reegar from dying. Even on Insanity difficulty I can tell him to fight and still keep him alive.

The planet Shepard is on, is none other than Rannoch.

I mean, isn't that much obvious?

Yeahhh okay. The marijuanna haze must be blocking your vision, bog. Why don't you return to your abyss and think of some more "witty" butthurt jokes. I'm sure I haven't heard them all yet.

I never enter a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. In this case, I just used a performance reducing substance to make it fairer for you. Still doesnt make it fair, but at least you have a vague hope of being able to see a glimmer of victory.

The fact that you never sem to be able to do it with any success, and it takes mere microseconds worth of thought to either refute your pathetic aguments, or even less time to re-troll you, goes to show you are never really on it to begin with.

Not sure what you mean, Bog. Should I be insulted or flattered?

He means you contribute nothing to the dialogue. You only spam. I already pointed this out.

Oh Zeel, you're so cute! We talked to much last night for me to ever be offended at you again. Now you just make me lol.

Bull. I will not believe that. I was just going down the steps, I look back, the dude is dead.

Quarians are weak. The fact that tali fights alongside us, is a clear example of a plot hole.

Believe it or not, it happened. Just because you were unable to do something doesn't mean that the rest of us can't.

Thank god

On topic: That sounds pretty rad, I wasn't a huge fan of Quarians at all when I played though ME.  After reading the books I kinda warmed up to them.  Wish more info about their day-to-day lives was available in game!

Why the hell would Shepard need a bunch of flimsy Quarians to fight the Reapers. I thought we needed allies not liabilities.

Even "liabilities" could be good. At their worst, they could be a good use for a distraction. Best not turn away an actual ally when the galaxy is being purged. Even as a liability (in your opinion), they are still an ally since the two are not mutually dependant. Cyber-warfare is the best way to use the Quarians, though. On the other hand, we don't really know how strong their military actually is. All we know is they've kept good care of ships a few centuries old. A sword from the 1500's can be just as lethal as one made today.

A simple puncture in their body suits would send them into seizures   Unless this is some sort of military that doesn't use infrantry men, they would be quite useless in the war.

Even now, I'm remembering that Tali recruit missions, where the dude with the Rocket launcher was suppose to flank me. What happened? He has a bloody rocket launcher, yet the moron still dies.

Useless, utterly.

Even as a distraction, I can see them failing at it.

Thats why I said they're best for cyber-warfare. I think Reeger also says they're best at orbital bombardments, using their ships rather than being a ground force. Being a ground force, like you said, renders them as nothing more than liabilities. Every group has it's weaknesses and strengths, their weakness is being on the front lines. On the ground, they should be considered as a sniper at best and even that is stretching it. Their strength is that they are masters in the technological and mechanical fields.

Why do people assume that the flotilla would be fighting? Sure quantity has a quality of its own, but assign quarian engineering teams to more modern vessels after they've gotten their non combatants safely on Rannoch and use those 50,000 ships as the massive logistical asset they are. Even if they aren't combat worthy, you've got the ability to move vast numbers of people and materiel there.

Eh, one's political stance has little to no bearing on his or her intelligence or character.

Seriously, I'd rather be in a room full of smart, nice people that I completely disagree with than a bunch of pricks that share my views.

I've been in both situations, and they're both uncomfortable as all hell, but boy let me tell you, the worst kind of dirtbag is the one that shares your political stance but for all the wrong reasons.

Ever heard of this little thing?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nortraship

apply that concept to the quarian navy and we have a gamechanger on our hands.

You could mention that Tali should stay behind to 'distract' the reaper while everyone else escapes....

She wouldn't last long, but that's not the point.

Since when did that annoying piece of filth pull a Jesus?

If its any consolation, I hate left wing nutjobs just as much as I hate right wing nutjobs.

I feel that being a nutjob should transcend politics.

Didn't mean to come off trollish, but I dont like Tali. She is useful on only a few missions, I am not a fan of Quarians and their attitude of the Geth and her voice is irritating.

Shepard probably meant 1 Quarian fleet.

I mean, having 50,000 ships in 1 fleet is not exactly a good idea.
Quarians most certainly have many fleets, just that is commonly said those 50k ships are Quarian fleet.

About Tali - In ME 1 you could use her tech skills to open stuff but in ME 2 I play whole game with biotics. You know

Well, you're entitled to your opinions, but "annoying piece of filth" is definitely going too far.

That being said, I look forward to fighting with the quarians in ME3. Regardless of what the haters think, they're going to end up being useful.

I'd hate to imagine the logistics of parking 50,000 ships in orbit over a planet
