About pose: I stand similar to that when really, really irritated. Guess Ashley holds something sharp and pointy in her left hand. Or she's upset from the fact Kaidan grabbed her assault rifle again.

About overall expression: I still can't get where's Kaidan's casual outfit. Top ones? Hm, weird white knees and I don't recall him being that bulky (if I didn't know it's Kaidan I'd say top-right is James). Overall it looks more like stages of development of one appearance than two, and "jacket" Ashley in the middle instead of armoured Ashley bugs me.

First glance and I thought she was just wearing underwear with really high boots. I went "What the f...", then doubled checked and relaxed. I like the concepts on the top left though.

 Well the larger picture lets me see that her hair is pulled back in the armored pics.  That's a big plus.  Still wopuld like to see something clearer.  That casual outfit's a real buzzkill.

I keep finding myself thinking "I hope she got dinner first"

I've seen this pic (it's ancient, as I recall), but that's gauntlet-like things (or that's omni-tool?) and white "knees" which look like slightly stronger accenuated reflections on top of boots which made me think it's armour. Very early version of armour, earlier than that ancient concept.

But if Ashley's jacket outfit is reinforced while being casual, maybe Kaidan has something similar, too?

Back to Ashley, top left one: it's just me or her legs look like Miranda's in default appearance? High black stilettos and piece of white catsuit?

I do remember the armor though. It looked pretty interesting, lighter armor than what I expected. The hair style looks a lot more conservative when she's in it (maybe it's in a bun, can't remember) and there seems to be a triangular area on the front. Thanks! But it was an actual armor right, even if pretty light? What about Kaidan? Do the small Kaidans in top right corner (with white stripe on the knees) showed him in another different armor or was it a more casual look, some equivalent of Ashley's jacket-outfit?

It did seem to be actual armor for Ashley. It seemed to fit her new role as a Spectre.

That alternate look for Kaidan seemed to be a casual look at first glance.

I also enjoyed the pic they showed of Anderson, it seems to fit what people have said about him being the leader of a resistance cell on Earth.

In short, he's rather sure it was an actual armor for Ash (albeit not very heavy) and top right Kaidans are most likely his casual/jacket look.

Ashley always had legs that nice, you just couldn't tell because she was in Alliance uniform all the time.

Edit: it's possible that width-to-height is still too high, but something further and top-left Kaidan will be lol.

Maybe the semi-formal jacket + pretty hair look is only for the trial & on the Normandy? We didn't see Earth level demo with Kaidan so maybe he also has his formal/trial outfit in the opening, since there wasn't time to get into armour when the Reapers attacked? ;P

Don't know for sure if it's bun or ponytail or something else, but two Ashleys at the top have left sides of their foreheads less covered than two bottom ones. At least I can see skin between hair locks and eyebrow on top-left and can't do that for bottom-left.

I couldn't swear to it, but it looks to me like the hair is pulled back somehow.  A bun, a ponytail, a braid, I can't say.  It's not clear enough.

It's pulled back. It's possible it's a ponytail.

Kindofontopicsortof: Dude I am completely straight and I think that armor is teh sex seriously on Kaidan. I can only pray that Shepard has armor like that or is some how customizable to that degree to look like that.

Yeah, Kaidan's new armor is amazingly designed. Did you see its alternate version? I think I may like it even better:



I'm 100% happy with his armors in ME3, don't mind at all he didn't wear heavy armors in ME1.

That upper top row is def Kaidan's casual. You can just make out the collar on the jacket and the similar Ashley gloves.

You can? O.O Damn you got good eyes! The only thin I can see are the white socks, or whatever it is Though I can see yellow collar in Ash's armor look which further confirms it's a fem version of Kaidan's armor with something that seems to resemble Alliance suit underneath
