Yes but at least that cleavage has a nice ceramic armored plate over it. You know, in case something gets through or bypasses the kinetic barrier. Oh, and a sealed suit generally needs to not have any exposed skin. That too. I'm hoping that's the Spectre logo, or a differently-painted section of armor.

What makes me think that it is cleavage is that you can see her top part of her outfit is some kind of shoulder-to-chest shirt, akin to Benezia's outfit.

But with only a smaller (and potentially equally annoying) cleavage spot. I hope to all hell that its not, because as it stands her full armor looks great.

I really hope it is a spectre symbol and not a boob window.
It seems like a waste of resources to give Ash two hairstyles because the first is too impractical but at this point I'm beaten down. I can't work up the effort to care. Not even the old standby of 'and for this we have no female aliens' is working. Minus the possible cleavage the armour looks a lot like Miranda's AAP one so yay.

Interestingly it doesn't look like Kaidan has a casual outfit. Ash has the jacket thing and Vega the t-shirt combats combo, Kaidan seems to have armour which elements can be added too. Has his natural paranoia mutated thanks to being a spectre? He now wears armour 24/7?

I'm certain Kaiden will have casual attire. The only characters I see without casual wear is Garrus, Grunt, and Tali.

I strongly hope that designs of Kaidan have nothing in common with his ingame looks. I really liked both "screenshot" armor and its recoloured CE version. Especially it's true about top three ones - yellow looks totally off. And that's definitely not casual outfit - too huge shoulder pads.

Ashley...central "big" Ashley looks more like Miranda - compare her face with armoured Ashleys. And, as far as I can tell, in Earth demo her pants were black - white ones on pic look strange for some... details. And I really hope that thing is distorted SpeCTRe symbol.

Well, at least Vega looks nice!

Looking more closely, I'm almost certain it's a Spectre logo.  Anything more...decorative...would have been a lot bigger, given Bioware's track record 

No, what bugs me more is the white short-shorts and thigh-high boots in her casual outfit.  How's a Spectre gonna be taken seriously in that?

Yep.
You can get additional alternate outfits in ME3!CE. So you're able to change outfits.
