I’m in Act 2 and can’t access any quests from Mistress Selby’s book and if I click on her she just starts saying thank you and disappears. From what I’ve read on dragon age wiki, her disappearing is a known bug but only after you’ve completed two quests available. Any suggestions? Ideas? Please?

Did you send Grace and the other mages to the circle? If you did, she won't give you any quests since she's a mage sympathizer. You can get quests from two templars in the Hanged Man instead if you made them go to the circle.

Nope. I had varic with me, he spun a tale and the templers left so Grace and the others escaped.

Have you read the letter in the estate regarding the mage underground (aktivating the mission)? Tried to reload an earlier save? I've gotten the one where she disappears after the missions but never before...hm...sounds like you've encountered a weird bug. Is this your first playthrough or have you played before and gotten her quests? If so what choises did you make with Grace then?
