Just played through Origins again and have just been reminded of a couple of things that I find strange:
1. After the joining in Ostagar at the battle strategy meeting Cailan seems to refer to Loghain as Lowgate, it's possibly down to my hearing and the actor's accent but it definately sounds like Lowgate to me.
2. In Genitivi's house there is a book on the table in the main room that I cannot seem to be able to click on, I've tried positioning my character every which way I can but I still can't do it.
Are these minor bugs/errors or is it me

Number 1 is just you I think -- it sounds correct to me. Number 2... there are a few objects that are hard to click in the game -- that is one of them. There's also one in the mage tower which is very difficult. For those I zoom the camera completely out which makes it possible.
