When you are fighting Benezia, has anyone else had there shepard become part of the floor. It happens to me all the time when I play ME1. All I half to do is not get hit by Benezias biotic attack.
Has anyone else had this glitch.

Nope never got that one. Really the only glitches I can recall getting in ME1 were the Mako getting thrown up into the sky and spinning around like crazy. That and occasional crashes. Never had my character get stuck, although enemies could easily get thrown into walls and floors which could be annoying.
This was on PC.

Yes this is a fairly common glitch. Always make a hard save before starting that fight.

You don't even have to fight her to beat her. Stay behind the walls where she can't see you, and take out her team.
