Hi all!
I've recently discovered that the audio will not play in cut scenes and during dialogue. The music is working just fine, but the NPC's have no voices and their mouths do not move. Also, during cut-scenes (such as the opening narration) the subtitles are displayed, but the voice audio is not played. I'm not exactly certain when this problem happened; it worked fine the last time I played (perhaps a month ago or so) and today it did not.
I'd rather avoid uninstalling and reinstalling as that seems to cause a whole host of problems when I try to import my save games and get my DLC working properly.
The dialogue volume is turned up and the box to mute it is not checked. I tried loading a couple of my older saves as well, and it seems the dialogue is no longer working for those, either. I puchased and downloaded the game from Steam, if that is any assistance to anyone.
I'm willing to reinstall if that's truly what it takes, but I'm hoping someone might have a solution that is less time-consuming.

Upon further inspection I think I may have somehow lost a lot of the audio files. When I attempted to create a new character, some of the voices worked and some did not. So.. a-reinstalling I go. If I didn't love this game so much, I'd probably just give up.
