Her pack lists it as incomplete, and she went to the Dragon Age community some time ago (iirc) .

Shucks. I guess I have to use Dread Necromancer. I like the class but I wanted the full lich abilities. Anyone know any other options?

I have a lich NPC that uses a custom race. It would take a little bit of work but could be changed to a playable race.
Some scripting would be needed since it relies on a skin for most of the immunities and a creature claw for it's attack bonuses and abilities. I don't have the time to make it a releasable product but if you want I can package up what I have and you can go from there.

I sent you a link to the content, if you need getting it up and going let me know and for the scripting it needs just post in the scripting forum. I look forward to seeing liches running around. Since it is done as a race players will need to show some roleplaying restraint so there aren't too many lich barbarians causing problems with the general population in NWN.
