I have DAO ultimate edition. I installed it when I had one user account on the computer, Windows 7 Home Premium OS. I can play Origins, Awakening, etc. no problem under this user account. However, in recent months I created 2 other user accounts and provided links to DA. Account1 is just a basic user account, Account2 is another administrator account. I can play DAO under all user accounts. Leliana, Golems, Witch appear for all users. But I can only see and play Awakenings under the original user account. It does not appear as a new game option or under other campaigns for the other accounts.
Any thoughts?

Even though the Ultimate Edition bundles Awakening and all the DLC together, Awakening is actually a slightly different animal-- it's an *expansion pack* and was designed to be installed as such. It works with Origins differently than the DLC does... and so I suspect it's simply a matter of one account trying to use a program (Awakening) that is restricted to another. It may have more to do with registry paths than anything else.
Best advice... play the game... all aspects of the game, under the same user account with which it was installed.

I appreciate your reply, part of the reason I wanted different users is so I could do testing under different scenarios.
However, I seem to have fixed it. I copied the manifest.xml, the addins.xml and profile.dap from the My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings folder in my main account and pasted them into the other accounts (after backing them up, of course). Then, using DAModManager, which I have configured for each user, I uninstalled the false installs from copying the addins folder. I have now been able to successfully start an Awakening game in the ordinary way.
Let's hope this continues to work! LOL
