first sorry for my spelling english is my 3rd luanguge so sorry and i hope you will understand me ..i have problem
i have 2 computers 1 at home and  1 at work
i inted to play the game in both of them
now i download the charecter creation manager and installd it on both of them\\\\
now in my house i can see the charecter that i created and evrithing is ok\\\\
but wen i enter the charecter  creator from the computer at work
i cant see the old charecter that in my house and in the bioware acount only the old charecter from my home are there 
and not the one that i created from my work..
and its the same account\\
so what is the problem?

It usually takes a few hours(give or take) for character uploads to complete. Have some patience and they should show up eventually.

mibe becuse its remot computer in my work so it will take longer time to uplod it?

but alos ween i enter the charecter creator and log in

i dont see the old char that in my home pc

only the one that i created in this pc..

It has varied severely for me. I uploaded 3 chars in a matter of 10 minutes, but my first char took about 3 hours. /shrug

I think it's more based on how busy the social site is than anything. The first day or so the lag times were incredible because the place was PACKED. It'll probably be similarly bad on release day.

It can take a long time for your characters to actually show up on the social site. I've waited anywhere from an hour to two weeks for some of my characters to upload.



As for your home character not showing up in the CC at work, I think (though I'm not sure) that the character is saved to the computer, not your account, so characters you create at home will only show up in the CC at home, while characters you create at work only show up in the CC at work. Does that sort of make sense?

The one from your work could still be taking a while. many things to take into consideration. Give it time

MAYBE the characters you made at home will be saved in your home computer and ther characters you save at work will be saved in your work computer. I am guessing you have to transfer the save files between computers to have all the characters at home and at work.
