It fills my heart with joy to see Arya in someone else's game
Chase
I think my pawn crush is Aeden though. He's a handsome devil.

okay, I know that Maelstrom is powerful and all, but Dayum! I'm blind as a mole when Sorcerers cast that. Very annoying....almost walked of a cliff. LOL!

Ugh, don't remind me. There were some of those turd sorcerers in the Forgotten Hall, along with some hellhounds, and a trio of Garms joined the party. And let's not forget the two chained goreclops and succubi. Long story short, I used all of the Wakestones I had in my inventory, due to Maelstrom. It was brutal.coldwetn0se wrote...

That's because it's a Hero's Cape. Worn by heroes. Mmm...hero. Hehe, j/k.Shepenwepet wrote...
He also likes the smell of Iorveth's cape.

And I can't wait to try out Sorcerer Shinon! I hope he's still available tomorrow!
How do you always catch such awesome shots? I'm always amazed and astounded by what you're able to capture.

BTW, I didn't know Shinon had two different colored eyes. How did I miss that?
And Iorveth's head looks enormous compared to his!
I had no idea that you could actually control the lightning like a whip.

Well, if we were having a Best Brontide Shot contest, you'd win, hands down. That is crazy!

He should be, he's there now and I won't be on until tonight. I took him into BBI for a few minutes, with my arisen as a rank 4 fighter. We had to liftstone in Duskmoon Tower. Duskmoon Tower. We couldn't damage the firedrake at all. I've since given Shinon High Frigor and Seism so he can at least do something productive. How do you always catch such awesome shots? I'm always amazed and astounded by what you're able to capture.
Aside from persistence, there are a few tips I can share.
1 - Learn the animations of attacks/spells/everything else. This is the sorcerer's heavy attack.
This animation is actually why Shinon is a sorcerer now, I'm trying to get a shot of him doing this dead on. The trouble is, he won't do it <_< I'll have to go where there're a lot of crates to break.
2 - For close-ups of pawns, have your arisen stand a few feet behind the character you want, then lower the camera and zoom.
You can see my arisen's hair here next to Joe's hand in the background. The farther away you are from the pawns you want to capture, the closer the shot will be, but obviously if you go too far, they'll be out of the camera's range. Just experiment a bit until you find the sweet spot.
3. Don't use healers. They are constantly trying to sabotage your photos. This one broke my heart.
Adept's Robe and the random regen enchantment on BBI gear are also minor annoyances, but they're better than healers. Mages and sorcerers are also hard to work with, since they make the air shimmer too, but at least it's usually not right in your face.
4. Just remember that the option exists. Just hitting start in the middle of a fight and then looking around at what you've got to work with might result in a really good shot. You never know.
Also, there will be times when the camera doesn't want to cooperate and will try to correct itself constantly. You can fight it by slooooooowly moving the analog stick until you hit the spot you want. And sometimes the camera won't move at all, most notably when you're climbing on certain monsters. (It happened every time last night while I was climbing on a saurian in the Garden of Ignominy.) There's nothing that can be done about this.
If there's ever a picture I've taken that anyone's curious about how I got, just ask. The answer's probably a lot simpler than you think.

Another cool thing to remember is if you want a close shot of a pawn, stand your Arisen anywhere near the pawn - even directly in front. When you're in "screenshot mode" there's the option of hitting the X button and removing your Arisen from the shot.
