@happy - Those look like more than enough stats to me. You can also bring 4-8 periapts just in-case.

Awakened Daimon is dead!!!
Afterwards, I was happy to find that we could traipse around above Olra and Barroch. I always knew something was up there!

Shinon and Gabs had a moment.

So did Lielle and Briana.

Phew! Glad that's over.
And now I know what to do next time. Immolation + periapts + Liquid Vim are my friends. Next time I'll know to bring more. I brought a lot of other crap that I didn't end up needing.
P.S. Team Sexy owned it. All-archer squad rules!

I smell a love...square? Quadrangle?

Then again, Shinon can have "moments" with anything.

And congrats on your trouncing of Daimon! I have to say, I've never used Immolation, I'll have to give that a whirl.
One last pic before I head to bed. This is the view from a gather spot. Shinon appears to be elbowing Gabs in the face for dibs on the skull or clean cloth or whatever garbage it holds. They all want it, though.

I brought a bunch of Salomet's Secret, Tagilus' Miracle, Decoction of Bandlily, etc, but didn't need them. Periapts would have sufficed, for sure.oknenah wrote...
I am hopping on my main so if you guys want Woolie, he will be back up.

I walked away with some Oblivion Greaves with increased carrying capacity, so that totally made everything worth it. I can't believe I was so scared of that. Hehe. And some other duplicate armor pieces, but all of it had an enchantment of some sort.
And I'm happy to hear Woolie's back! I missed that big guy.
@Shepenwepet - those are great! And thanks! Now I feel like I can relax, and actually do some sightseeing while I'm in BBI, without worrying about the 'big bad'.
I tried Immolation, because of something you mentioned some time ago about Sapfire Daggers in relation to him. Just seemed fitting, and it worked like a charm!

I had the best luck using Immolation (upgraded it to Flameshroud with a ring), then jumped on his back, and Thousand Kissed him to death.
Then in the second form, I pretty much did the same thing. He tried to do a vortex of doom, and someone (not sure who, as I had three Rangers) stunned him. About 15 seconds later, he was turned to mincemeat, cried a little, and disappeared.
Death is next on my list. He's down to half a health bar, and I'm coming for it.

Also - for you high level folks, when I send your pawns back, is there anything in particular you need/want? I've just been sending lifestones because I wasn't sure what to give such high level pawns. If you need something - let me know!
Edit: I accidentally put dragonpulse. Doh! I meant dragonwing. The circlet with the wings that look like elephant ears! That's what I meant. Heh.

Ohhhhh, the drama!
@happy - I actually love Immolation (though when I first used it, I didn't keep track of my health.....oops.). It's funny, but I think I recall that AD has a Immolation move himself.
I have to go hang out the DMV today.....I'm creepy that way.
XD XD just kidding! (maybe)
When I get back from being harassed by civil servants, I am going to try and take out AD....again. Hopefully Death backs the fudge off (or I be going for a jog...lol!), while I am trying to get him. Last time, he showed up three times while I was making my way to Daimon.
@Trista - I'll gift Joe a Dragonpulse, once I get back on.

A Dragonwing Circlet can be obtained with a little luck if you and your pawn are both red vocations while purifying a level 2 armor. According to the wiki, there are at least seventeen sets of Level 2 armor, the circlet belongs to only one of those. We can keep gifting you some until you get one, but that's all we can do.
You can also buy them post-daimon from Barroch.

As for things to gift....If you rent Chase just send a mushroom or something, and give him some good marks. I just need to get his scores back up (not entirely sure why I care...LOL!). I didn't think people who rented Chase, but he was killed back to the rift, got registered towards that stupid star system. But it appears to have made an impact. I have had a number of people rent Chase and keep him for some time (based on the amount of rift crystals he accumulated), but they lose him along the way, and he gets the default score.

Here we go. Dragonwing Circlet.
Reward from completion of the Quest Echoes from the Beyond.
Sold by Barroch on completion of the Quest Hope Springs Infernal.
Can be obtained by Purifying Bitterblack Armor Lv.2.
Use the wiki, Luke!
I have a metric ton of level 2 armor, weapons, etc., so when I'm online, I'll rent Joe, and will send you a couple.
Speaking of Dragonwing items, why is there a circlet, gloves, and boots, but no chestpiece?

I feel so bad for Chase, as he's a cutie patootey, but Gabs apparently likes 'em taller. And sassier.coldwetn0se wrote...
@Shepen - I knew it! Shinon is all about the "love". Well, I can see how Chase being shunned by the lovely Gabrielle, would drive him into another persons arms. Who knew it would be the very pawn who Gabs chose over him. XD
Ohhhhh, the drama!
I haven't used Chase in a little bit. I might have to grab him and Woolie tonight. Well, and Joe, too! And anyone else I've missed.
Yeah, I tried it out a while back, because I'd gotten a ring that had it, but didn't like how much it ate up my health. Now that I'm a higher level, it doesn't seem like it's as bad; probably because my health bar is larger.@happy - I actually love Immolation (though when I first used it, I didn't keep track of my health.....oops.). It's funny, but I think I recall that AD has a Immolation move himself.
And you're right, Daimon does have Immolation, too. You wouldn't think he'd be weak to it, but darn if it doesn't work well! I found it best to stay firmly attached to his back while you have it going. That way, when he starts going for the vortex, you're safely out of harm's way.

The tussle continued when Chase began to complain to Ulee about hauling a crapton of rancid meat bait.
"Smell it! I've tried lemon juice, a silver spoon, soap....nothing works!"

That's when Shinon decided to step in with a bit of counseling:
"Com'ere you two. Hug it out..."

Ulee is speechless.

Shinon's all about team harmony. Once you get past that grumpy exterior, Shinon's a ---

Oh, right. He's still a grump. But there are flickers of kindness, especially when he's teaching Chase how to use a Revenant Wail.

And now for some randoms.
More wacky camera in the Garden of Ignominy, taken in the hallway heading down to the Duskmoon Tower. There was a lot going on in that hallway - I'd dragged a Chimera and several Garms in there.

A few ice sculptures courtesy of a wyrm that wouldn't stand still and let me kill it

Yeah, apparently that fishing rod really does a number on Awakened Daimon. He told us it was PLATINUM dragonforged. Joe does not look convinced.

...and if even the tips of my arisen's toes touch air, she's flailing to regain her balance. Gabs just laughs in gravity's face.

Delicious.
hehe....love the disappearing floor bit. Seems prone to happen in the Forgotten Hall as well....I'm beginning to detect a pattern....hrmmm.
Gabs clapped and believed in fairies....now she flies, floats, and generally is immune to falling.

The worst part is that I only had him with us for about 10 minutes. After that, we killed Death. With only a 3-person party. It's a night of threes.

Funny thing. After grabbing Joe and Thomas in Gran Soren, I see Briana hanging around. I approach, pick her up, and snap a photo. Within seconds, she kicks Ulee, causing her to drop Briana, then Briana shoves her! O.O XD I soooooo wish I had been fast enough to screenshot it. Never seen that before.
Encountered Death three times tonight, and stood my ground. *YES!* Between the three meetups I have him a little more than a third down. I kept forgetting to apply my Periapts to boost my magick....stupid toon. >.< Much quicker to kill with a Ranger Arisen, blast arrows and periapts. But, I am just patting the ole' girl on the back for not high-tailing it outta there.
Hurray @happy for kicking Death's tukas again.....I have no idea how to spell "tukas".

Hooray! See, he's not so bad, is he? Honestly, I might still be on the high from switching back to my more powerful Arisen, but isn't quite as terrifying as he once was. Sure, he still scares the crap out of me, when the music suddenly changes, and he sneaks in through a wall.Encountered Death three times tonight, and stood my ground. *YES!* Between the three meetups I have him a little more than a third down. It's right there, Chase!

Then we went and picked up Woolie. He told us a ghost story.

Then Chase faced off with a rat.

And Gabs showed us how archery is done. Stylishly.

She learned it all from Shinon and Briana.
