Really behind with things. Who/what is that?!

Also must remember to release Arya and Aedan soon. I fell asleep playing the game a couple of nights ago (it was a v long day), so they're still stuck in Gran Soren with my Arisen!

I think I will aim to have another go at the UR Dragon. He flew off last time.

I went and fought Ur last night for a bit, just once, but maybe I'll head back there after I take a stab at AD. I would love to get that Abyssal outfit that I somehow misplaced. Carcharoth gifted me one a while ago, then gave me the rest of the set, and I realized it was missing that piece when I tried to wear the full getup. Waa.

So...should I go fight the Seneschal? What does that do, again? Still haven't done that in either playthrough.

@new - that's Awakened Daimon, the second form of the big boss in BBI. You should pay him a visit. :D Thomas probably knows how by now, I'd think.

Ok, time for some Godsbaning, then some arse-kicking.

Yes. You should. Your progress in BBI will be reset, though, as you'd be restricted to starting a new game (or NG+).

You'd also get a nice clear sky again once you start up a new game. That alone is tempting me something fierce. Once I get an Oblivion Coat, goodbye crazy yellow clouds.

Doing low and slow BBQ ribs. Considering how 'slow' that is, I should pop the game in. Think I should head back to the Fallen City. I didn't bother with the last lvl. 3 chest, cuz I just wanted to get on with the Daimon killing. Oh, and Death is pissed at me. Doubt he will call or write anytime soon. Big baby. :P

Wow Daimon's a looker! I will pay him a visit soon (well the way I play could be some time!).

First I need to get pass the chained Gorecyclops in the Midnight Helix without the pawns attacking him (he got free last time) and without at least one of the pawns falling/jumping off the bridges!

Tempting, indeed. I might hold off until I reach the level cap. Blue skies sounds great.

So there isn't a fight? Or is it super easy?

Oh, there's a fight. But it's nothing you can't handle.

I suggest setting your online mode to "friends only" if you decide to head into the final area.

Ok, cool. Shep, I gifted Shinon with a level 3 armor. May it be the Oblivion coat you've been dreaming of.

I also attempted AD, and it didn't go too well. My pawns kept getting sucked into the vortex, and I kept forgetting to check my stamina, so my Arisen fell in, too. It was kinda stupid, but I decided to just reload and Liftstone out of there, as my hands were getting tired (old lady as I am, lol).

I gave Chase a level 3 weapon, hopefully that will yield Framae Blades (it didn't for me). And Joe got level 3 gear, as it's the only level 3 item I had left. Sorry...I'll try to get him something better later for his effort.

I guess we're going to watch some tv (free Cinemax, apparently), so I'll be on later to try it again.

Have fun, all! :D

Enjoy your free tv. :)

I am about to pop the wine, and take the ribs off the grill. I have no complaints. *bigshyteeatinggrin*

She hasn't fought him before so I think she gets the original Seneschal.

Hey dudes - I'm asking a favor for my husband (who has Tsurisuta). He's very low level (around lvl 30) but wants to do some of BBI. He may need some wakestones to get through it. Do any of you have a surplus of wakestones or even just shards? I had three wakestones myself and sent him one. I imagine most of the monsters will trounce him when he gets there. Lol. He's also going to use some of your high level pawns, I think. Unsure. (It'd be unwise if he didn't. But who knows...)

@Carcharoth - Yep. That's right. Dangit.

@Trista - I have buckets of wakestones, but I don't think I have your hubs' gamertag. And doing BBI at level 30 will end up in a lot of one-hit kills, but I'm sure he knows that.

I'm on now, but I'm on my way to Midnight Helix. Once I godsbane myself some armor, I'll head back to the rift. I got a gauntlets of shadow from Daimon, everything on the way to him was empty. I'm now getting a steady stream of gauntlets, which is beginning to balance out the universe. Before, I'd never get them. Now, it's all I get.

No problemo! His GT is joepini

Yes I named the pawn after him. :innocent:

Oh and I advised him to wait until maybe lvl 50.

I got a coat of oblivion (YAY!), so I went and beat the game. Got a few odd shots from "???", as it says in the description, but I have yet to upload them to flickr.

I've got this, though.

Shinon doesn't exist yet, so I'll keep playing until he does.

Edit: he now exists, but he's stuck as a strider until I hit Gran Soren. He probably doesn't have any skills/augments equipped either. Crap. Oh well, tomorrow.

Hmm, I need a couple evil eyeballs to upgrade some boots. If anyone has any extras, send them back with Arya, pretty please? :)))

Hooray, Shep got her coat! Trista, I have no less than 300 Wakestones, so I can load your hubs' pawn up.

I was looking at my stats, and it says I've made $99,999,999 in this run. My Arisen is a rich girl (cue Gwen Stefani). How is that even possible? Geesh. And I've put 298 hours in on this one alone. It's starting to feel like another Skyrim.

@cold, did Chase bring you back a good weapon? Please tell me you got something awesome! *crossing fingers*

We ended up watching Oblivion on DVD. Good movie! Parts of it reminded me of Mass Effect. I kept hoping to see a Mako.

Ok Trista, I sent a bunch of Wakestones you and your husband's way. I also gave his pawn some Twilight Greaves, and a ring. I didn't have much else, but hopefully they'll help.

I was going to give Arya some evil eyeballs, but as it turns out, I only had one, so I'll have to get some forged.

@Shep, I'm glad I got Shinon before you beat the game! I'll just hold on to him...hehe.

FINALLY encountered a friend's pawn out and about in Gransys 8D And it was Woolie.

Poor thing, I think he'd been left alone down there in the dark for too long. The light from the lamp made him shield his eyes:

So I randomly wondered what would happen if you tossed villagers into the ocean.

Turns out they die. =]

Sooooooooo....I am about to check out the fantabulous gift that @happy gifted Chase.....I'm on pins and needles. WEEEEEE! (did I mention I popped the wine?? I'm a grisly (wacky) 44 year old today, so pardon my obnoxious behavior. Heh! XD )

I too have considered playing out the ending to do NG+. But, like Shepen, I kinda want a few items before I do that. I also was thinking that maybe a handful of us should take on the Ur_Dragon, as he gets closer to his latest demise. Maybe we all end up lucky, and at least get into his grace period. Abyssal outfits for all!!!! :D :D

I sorta want to rearrange Ulee's face (lol! poor Ulee....heh). But, I wanna keep Chase as he is. He reminds me of those little creatures from the Square-Enix games....moogles! :D HA! (k......just had a Kathy Bates moment....would quote from the movie, but might get banned. Not the most "PC" line from a movie. XD )

On that note, I should go play a bit. I am feeling too jolly for my own good. Cheers.....love ya DD peeps! :D

@happy - oh my goodness! You are the Bill Gates of Gransys! :D

(I should check out those greaves. Will do tomorrow!)

And yes! Thank you for the wakestones. They came in handy when I fought the two gore cyclopses which were surrounded by those giant wolf (warg?) things - annnd evil sorcerers throwing me up into those mini-tornadoes. Sheeesh!

Hey - important question (for anyone) - why can't I "dragon" rarefy my pawn's equipped items? I can get him 3 stars sure, but there's never an option to get that little red/silver/gold dragonforged stamp of approval. I "dragon" rarefied the items while having them equipped on my Arisen, then just gave them to my pawn.

If this sounds bizarre whatsoever, there's a very good chance I am just confused/doing something wrong - it's 1am and my brain has turned into leapworm jelly.

I totally did that to the nun at the abbey. Is my Arisen going to hell? If so, hell can't be as bad as Bitterblack Isle.

Okay, my wine-soaked brain might not be comprehending correctly, but I shall give it a go...@trista - If you want to get an item Gold Forged (the most "forged" one can get with an item), here is what needs to be done:

1) Even though some Dragon kind will "Dragon Forge" (red forge) items that have not been at the very least 3 star forged, it is best to forge them to the three tier level prior. This doesn't mean you need to pay for ever tier. If you have the material to three star forge an item, while skipping the one, two starred forge, go for it! It will save you money and crafting material.

2) Next, go fight some Dragon kind to get said items "Dragon Forged". NOTE: You must have said items equipped at the time of defeating the dragon kind, for them to "potentially get Dragon Forged.

3) Once said items are Dragon Forged, go to Barroch on BBI, and look to see what is required to silver/gold forge equipment.

4) Pay the rift crystals and crafting material to upgrade to silver/gold forged. That be it. :D

Anything in your inventory or on your pawn, will not dragon forge when defeating a Dragon of any kind. Only items on your Arisen, that are upgraded but not already dragon forged, will "forge".

Hope this helps (and makes sense HA! XD ). Must go to bed.....bit loopy right now. @happy - got myself a big Hammer from your thoughtful gift. ;)

Have given Ayra two evil eyeballs as had a few in storage.

I did have a slight panic last night, because I couldn't load my game at first because it was "corrupted". Went back to Xbox Home, reloaded and it was fine. Really odd!

@coldwetn0se - was it your birthday yesterday?

Thanks for all the items/gifts. Very much appreciated :). I like Thomas in red!
