Yeah  And I don't think Arya even died once during the fight. I've gotten smart now and give all the pawns health potions so they can heal themselves. I know, I know, the veterans are probably shaking their heads at me, but I just never thought to do this! When I notice someone like Briana has a blinking red health bar, it's probably because she has no potions. *hits select*

I focused on the cyclops first; he fell really quickly to repeated malestrom. This dragon really resisted bolide though for some reason, so I used lots of seizism. Yeah these fights wouldn't be so hard if I weren't a sorcerer at the moment <_< But at least my Arisen's magic score has been skyrocketting.

I wish that dragonscale gear Car gave Arya were available to fighters and not just warriors; I miss her being S&S. Her movements were so much more rapid and lethal.

So, I'm trying to blaze through this run to get my last achievement, then start over in NG++, and get back to BBI. It was late, and I was trying to stop playing, so I could go to bed, but I ended up fighting Grigori.

Is it bad that we had him almost dead before we left the temple?  I wasn't sure what would happen if we killed him there, so I left him with one health bar. Didn't want to miss riding around on his back, of course.

...And I wound up with Madeleine again. Third time's a charm. I had stupidly gave her the Gold Idol, and gave Caxton a fake. I'm hoping it was worth it. I didn't bother to decrease anyone's affinity, since I was basically just doing MQ, after realizing I didn't need to do all the notice board crap. Maybe next time.

I think I read there's a quest for infinite ferrystone? If so that would help, as it would make it easy to port back and forth from a city to sell weapons/armor i pick up and don't need.

I actually refused to believe this for quite a while, since pretty much everything he's been in that I've played, he has his standard Snow/Booker/Kai voice. But then I really listened to my pawns talk. Yup, Troy Baker. Then my brain exploded when I realized where I'd heard Briana's (among others) voice before. That voice is Mary Elisabeth Mcglynn,. She and Troy Baker are part of Akira Yamaoka's band, which makes them some of my favorite people in the world.

Sadly, the infinite ferrystone is something you get as a bonus in Dark Arisen if you have a save from the vanilla Dragon's Dogma, it's not obtainable by any other means, unless you find someone generous enough to gift you theirs. And if you're playing vanilla DD, Dark Arisen players can't send you gifts.

Thanks!  It was Lielle and Gabrielle.

I forgot to set it to 'Friends Only', and fought a Mage named Gandalf. It was the usual suspects in the book - Shinon, Briana, Lady Dejah, and Chase.

I started NG++, and just got to Gran Soren, and switched vocations. Now for some BBI! We're at level 195 now, and I've got Gabs set as a Mage (Lielle as MA, of course).

I've missed those big, stinky Elder Ogres and Living Armor. Hell, even Wyrms. What has the world come to?

@Bionuts - I'd say use what you like the look of, unless its stats are trash. Hell, even if they are. I'm a fan of the Barreled Helm and Hero's Surcoat, for... for reasons.

There is actually an arrow hurtling towards his head at that moment. As soon as I exited the menu, he shattered. I felt terrible.
