So I'm running around as a fighter right now. My puny little Arisen looks ridiculous. I'm impressed he can even heft that big shield aloft. But I can't handle Arya going about with crappy three-starred stuff! Time to get some dragonforging done... and I think I'm out of BBI for a couple nights. That place gives me the creeps! Time to farm the Everfall and go say "hi" to the various drakes and wyverns about Gransys

@motomoto - I will look through my chest o' drawers and see what other goodies I can give Arya. I sooo wish we could gift BBI stuff....Curses! (I say that a lot. heh!)

@happy - I'm digging on Iorveth (even if I miss Gabrielle *sniff*). I sent him back to the rift last night, but will pick him up again this evening. I have dubbed him Chase's older, much wiser brother.

When I get a chance, I will post some new pics from yesterday. Ulee has been redone, and.....her new look is growing on me. Will probably change the hair though. She is more "glamour" like. Though knowing me, I will probably put her back to "tomboy next door", after a while.

I don't know about wiser, as Chase is many, many levels higher than he is, but I can see older with that voice.

Oh, whoops, I forgot to say, if anyone currently has Shinon in their party, don't gift him anything.

I swapped saves, he is now level 70 and he looks AWFUL. I can't change his looks until I get to post-game, which won't be for a while unless I barge through everything. I just might, he really does look that bad. He needs some sun, and he's clearly very upset about something.

I don't know if I'll get a chance to play tonight, but if I do, I'll snag a few shots.

I DO have Shinon in my party, and I'm glad you said something!  I think I'll just hold on to him for a bit, then. Well, unless he commits suicide or something.

You reverted back to level 70? Were you anxious for more of a challenge?

No, I just wanted to make a different character. Not that Shinon isn't super-incredi-great, which he is, I've been itching to really revamp my pawn in the character creator. Sadly, I already used Johnathan's one-time-use item to turn this pawn into Shinon, so I'm stuck with Shinon the Sad Albino for a little while. Well, "albino" is a bit of a stretch, but he is unhealthily pale.

I look forward to redoing BBI, and the seventeen Blasphemer's Cloaks I'll be sure to purify right off the bat.

It just occurred to me I wouldn't have been able to gift you a Nebula Cape, I forgot I swapped saves.

Iorveth just has a much wiser "air" about him. When I post my pics, it might explain things better. LOL!

@Shepen - Ya know, I kinda wish I had a lower level save to revert to. A way of keeping the toons ya got, but replaying/rebuilding them, in a sense. Nice. Oh do please take pictures....ah screw that! I'm picking him up. *thumbsup!*

Ah well. When I am ready to make a new Arisen, I may just redo the Chase model.....I'll call him Dash. XD *gafaw!*

@Shep - That Blasphemer's Cloak run you were on was strange, indeed. I think I only got about 3 of those with Lielle, but I got more Shadow stuff than you could shake a stick at. And at the end, I was gifting all of my level 3 gear, anyway.

That should be fun, redoing BBI. It actually was a little challenging for me at first, with this character, because I had both Selene and Iorveth spec'd really, really awfully. I was able to tweak some of it, and get some Sorcerer/Warrior time in before level 100, so they're both a bit better off. It was tough going from max or near-max level back to that, though.

No worries about the cape. The last time I was thinking I wanted one, I found one in a chest, not long after. If moto sends me one, great. If not, I'll just find one on my own. All I know is that Iorveth is probably done with that stupid Beastly Monstrosity. That has got to be the worst-looking cape-type thing in the history of gaming. One evening of trolling Barroch is enough, methinks.

@coldy - I'm glad you think so. I'm growing rather fond of him again.  And 'Dash'. Hehe.

I don't mind it on Barroch, or smaller female pawns, but on my giants...it looks like shiznit. If you look at it closely on Iorveth, you can see that it nearly covers up his chin, because the size is so much bigger. It doesn't seem proportionate. I mean, he's a big guy, but wow.

But I can totally see you getting into the feather boa vibe.

And have you guys noticed how enormous Iorveth's neck is? I was taking a snapshot from the side, and just about died. I think I need to fix that. Certain cloaks make it even more obvious than others.

I...think you need to release him? To be honest, the messages that pop up when you outfit a support pawn are a little confusing. They say something to the effect of 'this item has been sent to the owner...", but I always assumed you had to release them for them to get it. I've never really tested it to be sure.

I'll pick up Arya tonight when I get home. I've been traveling with boys for the past couple of days, so it might be time to add some pawnstrogen back into the mix.

Nope, the pawn I'm currently playing started out as Selwyn, the strider with the long luxurious hippie hair you see here.

I quit shortly after I started this run, and when I picked it back up a few months ago, I wanted to change him into Shinon as I'd been on a massive Fire Emblem kick, and he eventually grew into the snarky bastard that inspired a fashion trend. Since I already used the art of metamorphosis to change Wyn into Shinon, I'm stuck using mini-Shinon, which is not what I wanted.

I want a whole new character. A fighter. One whose name sounds like someone gagging and sneezing at the same time. He's actually the Anti-Shinon personality-wise.

I'll probably get bored of this run in about ten minutes and switch back to Infinity-Shinon.

And he got it... and a metric ton of foe knowledge. I'm not sure why or how, but it got through.

I thought about changing his appearance at the barber shop, but since I couldn't change his name too, I just made him look more Shinon-y. I fixed his skin tone and gave him angry brows.

Dammit, that was it! Alynna was too close and it couldn't zoom in enough! You have NO IDEA how long it took to even get that.

...While I didn't get the shot I was after, Shinon did end up doing a news report on obesity, but that post will be for another time.

I hear ya. I had to force myself to rush through the mq on this run, so I could start farming the Everfall. Then I went through it again for good measure.

I'm still in the middle of the Griffin quest for the Duke. I allowed it to flee, as I always liked doing the Bluemoon Tower business. It just feels so epic that way. In my other one, with Lielle, I killed it before it could flee. Boring. Could have done so with Grigori, too, but that stuff is fun, why miss it?

Phew, we just killed the two Firedrakes in the Sparyard of Scant Mercy, then a Cursed Dragon. Everything I'm wearing is now forged, yay! Time to kill more stuff and Godsbane. I'll save AD for another night.

Oh, and dang that poisoned fatty for getting in the way of Shinon's shot!

Aww crickey, it's the Fallen City with two Wyverns and Eliminators. So I take out 3 of the Eliminators, and a Cursed Dragon shows up. This should be fun.

Also, I realized something. Chase still hovers around my Arisen (even since coldy switched him back to Ranger), while the other two pawns are out fighting stuff. I wonder if there might be a love connection?

@Shepen - I have to admit...I was kind of looking forward to renting Shinon Jr. Ahh well, as @happy said, you may go back eventually. And Ulee will be there with bells on....or those cymbals that are on the female plate piece and Berserkin outfit. heh!

@happy - that is the line up in the Fallen City, I kept getting before going to NG+. And yeah....Chase seems mighty attached thar.....lol! He can't seem to be more than a few inches away from his elven brother, in Ulee's party....what is it? 'Calvin Klein for Elves'? 'Gee, Your Hair Smells Like Rancid Meat'? XD

Damn, I hope it doesn't mean his inclinations are all off again. Hrmm.

I changed Ulee's hair again. Liking the new "do". Will post some pics tomorrow. Must get sleep for a change.

I usually get the other lineup in the FC, but no biggie. At least Death didn't show up for the party. Last time, he did, while I was busy trying to fight 3 dragons. Not cool Death, not cool.

Chase is set to Challenger/Scather, same as Iorveth. Shinon is Scather/Challenger.

I don't mind him staying close. It's saved Selene from more than one baddie!

Can't wait to see the pics! And I'm sorry in advance for Iorveth's outfit. He's wearing the Sovereign's Mantle, for possession resistance. I need better gear.
