Well, that will be an interesting day. I'll get him something nice. Maybe the dragonforged Caretaker's Garb I've been carrying around...

Caretaker's garb (I believe) falls under DLC and can't be gifted. S'okay, though, I dragonforged mine last night after several more dark bishop fights.

Wouldn't the Duke's Clothing also be considered DLC then?

Hey, yeah, that's right.

I assumed since it was part of that Trial for Adventurers DLC it would have been ungiftable, but Hard Mode stuff can be gifted.

...and I can equip the Forest Tunic set to Gabrielle. Huh.

I love the lighting in that pool. Also, I switched Briana and my arisen around. If anyone wanted her for some reason I'll switch them back.

I might need someone in the future to turn their pawn into Shinon, I'm trying to work around it but I'm not sure if I can.

I'll let you know if and when I need him, and I'll try to make it a quick photo shoot when I do.

I actually hired Carcharoth last night, but didn't get much of a chance to play. I only got one shot, and you can't even see him in it.

^not staged. Alynna was halfway across the room when I took out the godsbane.

I've been godsbaning everywhere to get different shots. I really like this one.

BWAHAHA! That last shot of the skeleton Knight totally cracked me up. I am so easily amused. XD

Looking forward to playing DD more regularly. Mod goes live tomorrow, and then I can play games for fun again...lol! Heh....a bit overly dramatic there. The mod has been fun too....at times. >.> <.<

That's awesome! Kudos to you for taking such steps to fix the Thane betrayal for PC folks. So many of my Shepards loved him and despised what happened in ME3. I wish there were mods for console. Alas. :crying:

Love all the pictures! I've pretty much given up on getting any for myself, these days. Even when the share button lights up and I make it through all the screens AND the upload goes through, it still gives me an error code pop-up. *sigh*

@Carcharoth Where is that pool?

That's what I thought, but then I doubted myself since I couldn't see the little pool. That's a neat shot. :)

I've said it before, but ladders are awesome. You can get some fantastic shots of pawns there.

You can also get this.

Remember seeing this game back in 2012, but due to a lot of small features like travel and enemies and such, I postponed my experience hoping Capcom would patch it and stuff.

So now with Dark Arisen around, is the game now worth it? Am considering buying it, but would like to hear fellow BSNers point of view.

Here's the list of changes from the original game to Dark Arisen.

I assume by "travel" you meant lack of decent fast travel - it's a little easier to get around now, but if you don't have the original game as well, you're still going to have to keep buying ferrystones.

I personally think the game is worth it, especially if you don't have the original. I'm still a bit bitter that they tried to make us pay for what is basically the same game twice, I just borrowed my brother's copy, which he got for free with a trade-in. I think he's come to realize he's never getting it back.

Dark Arisen is still DD, just with a high-level dungeon thrown in. Aside from the travel issue, I don't know what you were hoping Capcom would patch.

Worth it for BBI alone. I've played the base game three times, but spend all my time in BBI now. Buying ferrystones is not a big deal. In one of my games I have portcrystals in like ten different locations lol I can zip off to just about anywhere on the map.

I can see how the repetitive slog back and forth could turn people off, but I didn't mind it myself. I mean, the Duke could stand to commission some new roads, but all in all, it's not that bad.

I would say going from Cassardis to Gran Soren isn't bad at all... it's getting from like, Gran Soren to the Shadow Fort, or Gran Soren to... um, what's it called, where you fight Grigori lol

I think it's worth for the story. Not the speficilly, the ending and BBI. Since both are baiscally lore dumps. The story is epic in those points.

Also Great Wall motomoto, GRan Soren to Great wall/tainted mountina.

Shinon: "Take it back!"
Barnaby II: "No, I won't.....Can I get some service here?"
Shinon: "Take it back, you daddy wannabe!"
Barnaby II: " So if any wants to take my order....side of fries. Ginger Brew.....Is...is anyone back there??"
Shinon: "I'll tell Alynna."
Barnaby II: "Umm....that, might not do you any good." Posted Image

The Bishop is silently screaming: I'm burning! I knew that doing things to that boy would get me sent to the fires down below ,but Daimon said it would be okay. NOOO.

Shinon: Why did you bring a chest full of conquerer's periapts and liquid vim?
Barnaby: In case your master has need of my services.
Shinon: That's for fighting, right?
Barnaby: They are for whatever purpose Alynna desires, son.
Shinon:

I used to be an arisen like you, then I took an arrow in the eye.

Barnaby: Your personal space skill is still only one star, Seel.
Seel: You have pretty eyes.
Alynna: Guys. Can you help me kill the undead now and make out with each other latter?

I heart you guys. I should leave shots here every night. It's like getting a nice present under the... uh... thread tree in the morning. Or afternoon.

The Pawn Community site says the Ur is in grace, but it may be inaccurate. I'm just hopping on now to check.

Edit: Dammit, Arwen 360H...

Edit 2: Yep, Grace.
