I just managed to get a ring which increases my strength by 67 (which Im impressed by ).  Thats about a 12% increase where I am right now so very helpfull.

Got lots of new enemy encounters.  Met my first Eliminator.  I get the feeling he would be pretty tough normally, but I managed to shoot him off a cliff so no big deal there

Also bumped into a Garm.  Had to use a Wakestone here when he ate me,  avoid the head and he seems easy enough.  

Then a Cursed Drake appeared.  Yeah... one of those death by a thousand cut scenarios.  Didn't have the patience for that tonight so may try that encounter tomorrow. Looks like it will be a longgggg one

@Carcharoth - *blush* Very generous....I swear I wasn't fishing.

@Captain Crush - Talia is a good little fighter. She was even with me, when I took on Death. AND, she didn't die.
(hint on Cursed Dragons: jump on the purple crystal heart, on its chest, and hit it....a lot.)

Speaking of Death....I have ended him a handful of times (this last time, seemed to take forever....not using blast arrows makes slow going for bringing the hooded one down). Anyway, finally finished him off in the Garden of Ignominy and I did get two bone lanterns (last time I didn't find a single one O.o.....though I know they can be hard to spot). But the blighter has been rarely giving me cursed item drops. Finally, today, he drops one. YAY! lvl.3 Cursed Novelty. >.>

Does anyone have the ring for Eagle Sight? (Improved Lyncean Sight)? I'd like to know just how much it's improved. It says it "increases sight range"...

It occurred to me I have no assassin rings. Well, now that the share button isn't working, I have something to do.

@Captain Crash - how are you for rift crystals? Purification can burn through them, especially with the higher level stuff. I've got Talia with me now, hopefully I can do an entire run without being distracted by photo ops.

It doesn't appear to increase magnification. It's probably just a damage increase.

Oh well, the skill is good enough on its own, I s'pose, I was just hoping to lessen the creepy Elegy of Emptiness pawns that you get when they're too far away.

I'm in the Fortress of Remembrance, and the share button decides it wants this one. Who am I to deny its wish?

If you want increased magnification, use comet shot from the Ranger specialization. I'll post a screenshot when Facebook stops screwing around.

If nothing else, Comet shot is a different stance, and can get you a nice shot of your arisen's eyes. Or eye, if you have hair in your face like mine does. Sadly, you will have to take my word for it, as there seems to be a problem connecting my account or sharing to facebook. Imagine that.

I hate that FB is being such a boob. I played for hours yesterday and had so many cool shots set up. My favorite was a burning Dai (immolation) smiling at the camera while a frantic Chase is running up to him from behind. "Substitute Master, you're on fire!!!" Sigh.

I actually got stuff done tonight, I goldforged my Virge of Madness and a bunch of mystic knight gear. I also experimented with a lot of skills I don't normally use, I kinda like Ruinous Sigil - not for its effectiveness (even though it is pretty nifty), but for its lighting.

Yes, skills must be pretty, not useful. Useful is a bonus.

Dammit Car and Shep.....I already die enough with Lyncean (which I am now addicted to on the PS3, since we can save to the HD!!) Okay fine. I recently purified another set of Framae Blades, and I have had another Revenant Wail for some time, so.......time to employ Comet Shot!

So I rebuilt Ulee from the ground up. New body, face (though it looks similar to her original face)....I'm kinda liking the new look. Simple, understated. And one day, when FB/DD/Xbox servers decide to play nice, I will show her off. XP

Thanks for the advice guys re Daimon. I don't have many periapts, so I think I might have to leave BBI and go back to Gransys to stock up. And get some mushrooms ... lots of mushrooms!

I hope Facebook is now starting to upload stuff from Xbox. It has been such a nightmare lately.

Been a few days, I keep forgetting to take the screenshots off my PS3 before I switch it off. Thanks, Shepenwepet, good to know the NPCs respawn.

Currently I'm working on a Wyrm Hunt quest, finding out about a slate with certain key-words on it. Also, I changed vocation from fighter to assassin so I'm leveling that up. Having a lot of fun shooting arrows while my pawns do the heavy lifting.


Ran into a drake when I got lost on the way to escorting Ser Mercedes to the Shadow Fort. I'm running as fast as I can and the pawns are just strolling along.


I also chose the worst possible moment to use up all my stamina while fighting a golem. I thought it was a rock and then all of a sudden the screaming and the blood and the screaming...


I picked up some new armour, which seemed appropriate for Aurelio the Hawk.


Climbed to the very top of Windbluff Tower for this shot.


Legion's Maw is so much fun when a lot of enemies crowd around you.


Dear god man, what did you eat?


Bit of an action shot since changing to Assassin. Killing harpies is now blood vengeance since I headed through the pass to Gran Soren the other day. Ran into a guy in a cage attacked by several harpies. I run to the rescue, and a harpy immediately picked me up and chucked me off the cliff to my squelchy death.

Yeah I seemed to get bashed around a lot in that Dragon fight where as she could just really take on hit after hit! 

She'sreally proving her worth so far on BB.    Anyway only had a couple of hours this evening and much of that was on that fight, which also kicked me to lvl 70!  Woop.  Slowly climbing up those levels

Okay, odd.

I switched Alynna to Ranger, and decided to finally change her magic boosting augments to physical ones.

I do not have clout, I went through the list three times. I have maxed all vocations. In Shinon's list, Clout sits between Proficiency and Predation, but it appears that the lists are in different orders.

Hey, I just noticed I don't have proficiency either.

I'm missing augments! What gives?

edit: I just counted how many I had, I came to 75. On the wiki, 77 are listed. I'm missing Clout and Proficiency, and I have no clue how. Warrior is maxed.

edit 2: It just goes to show you how long I've gone without actually playing the game.

Yeah, I never bought them. I thought I had, but I hadn't. Move along, nothing to see here...
