Are you suggesting that my strategy of running behind falling pillars and screaming while hoping the pawns will do all the work while I hide won't work?
Good god, I really thought wargs were cuter than that!

Thanks! Yeah, I love the lighting on the last one, it's a real beaut. Well, as far as a toothy tentacle can be a "beaut."

If you need materials or rift crystals, let us know. I'll be on for about two hours, probably still trying to kill this damn drake.
Real? Fake? I LOVE THE FACT THAT I DON'T KNOW. I'm guessing real, as he doesn't seem to be carrying a weapon.

I had one that was much, much worse but I couldn't get it to the facebook window. You could see his eyes properly, the black fog was nearly gone, but the red wasn't, it was actually trailing from his eyes like tears.
And since I don't have the time to sort out all my photos from last night, here, have a ghostly hand coming out of Chase's crotch.

He's full of surprises, isn't he?

And now.....a phantom hand copping a field on Chase. Perfection. God I love this thread.
And now for something completely different....I have been fighting the online Ur-Dragon on the PS3. Of course, I have no awesome folks telling me when "grace" is (and apparently I am too lazy to look up a site with Ur-dragon reports), so I am winging it. At the very least, maybe I will get a couple of weapons that the offline Ur never drops.
During my travels in PS3 land, I have also picked up a pawn or two that had the inclination of Scather/Utilitarian (both for a Ranger and two Sorcerers). I haven't used this combo, except by accident at best. This is perhaps the most intuitive set up I have found to date. Seriously. Pure awesome. I am going to try setting up both Chases with those inclinations, and you fine folks can let me know if they made a difference. (of course, my Chases are sort of in their own little world, most of the time, so it may not make a damn bit of difference. XP )

This -> (Clicky) is page that lists the PS3 Ur Dragon Gen reports on GameFAQS. I have a similar page bookmarked for XBox. They usually do a good job of reporting the dragons health, though often times you'll find they get sidetracked with other discussions.

Oh, hell wit it.

Dat booty was so amazing Dai just couldn't take it anymore.

Dai: All right, guys, let's head out!
Shinon: But I think it's this way.
Dai: Okay, Shinon, you go that way. *eye roll*
Strigoi riding! It's the best kind!

Until it takes you up super high, alerts the other two strigoi to your presence, and you end up having to use like 5 kingwarishes as they all attack you while you wait for the pawns to get their lazy bums up to where you are.

@Apophis4321 - just on my way to bed, so I will watch your vid tomorrow morning. Sent Lunaria home with a little gift.
I set both Chase's back to Sorcerer, and have set them up with a different skill set (well, not entirely different, but somewhat different). I also set their inclinations to Scather/Utilitarian. Took them both for a spin with the new inclinations, and I am really liking them! I threw the Wyrmking Ring into M!Chase's inventory, and he is casting faster AND smarter. Seriously, he is utilizing better spell choices (in my opinion); using AOE spells first/more often (like Fumination, and Bolide), and with the increased casting speed, these spells are cast in no time. He even got off back to back High Glicel on a Firedrake, lickety-split.

I don't know if it's because I'm used to the quick casting times of MA skills or what, but I find high level sorcerer skills still have loooong cast times, even with articulacy and the ring.
My experments with spells in the first room of BBI:
Bolide:

(failed to cast)
Gicel:

(fired off at the last possible second)
Seism:

...yeah, oops.
@Apophis - can't watch your vid, says it's unavailable.

I swear as soon as I saw this snapshot, the Willie Nelson song kept playing in my head.
"You were always on my mind.....you were always on my mind."

Wutdahell...all these pics are triggering either songs or tv shows in my head.
Sorry....so obvious.

As for the ring + Articulacy combo: I really do see a difference in casting time. It may also help that I always use Gravitas and Inflection (one helps to not be interrupted when spell casting, and the other halves the damage Chase takes if hit while intoning). My suspicion is that he is less likely to stop casting either to protect himself, health up or wuteva. Hence, the casting time can be tracked a bit better (I always used those augments on him, even before using the ring). OH, and I don't use any of the BBI upgrade rings. They may be more powerful spell-wise, but they also increase casting time.
