Blasted! I just logged off after trying for what must have been my 50th try to get even one shot to load. >.< Ahh well.

@Shep - I sent Zi home again on both Ulee and Ari's play throughs. He was with Castor and Ari for two days straight. Don't have much to give him, unfortunately. Ulee sent him home with another ferrystone and a couple of weapon gifts. Nothing outlandish, just some extras I have in storage.

BTW, that shot is awesome. Is it just me, or does Zi's eyes look a bit like Fenris...(??)

woops! Forgot to mention to @Apophis4321 - I too am unable to see your last pictures. Haven't been on the PS3 for a few days (busy with brand new Arisen and Pawn on second Xbox account). Will get over there tomorrow probably, and rehire Lunaria (I think I had just sent her home, last time I played).

It actually stopped working after that shot. I also quit, I hate missing shots.

Don't worry about gifts, just take him out for walks once in a while. Of course, if you want to give him stuff, by all means...

It's just you. Weren't Fenris' eyes huge and green?

Anyway, pawn-Zi is named after and kinda-but-not-really based on this fella.


He's from Fire Emblem, like Shinon. They're pretty much polar opposites. (Shinon's a racist douche, Zihark is Friend To All People.)They also never interact with each other in the game, something I wanted desperately to happen just to see what would come out of it. I guess DD is my way of making it happen.

lol....fair enough regarding his "walkies" (though gifting is fun...weeee!).

As for "Fenris eyes", I will find you the screenshot I have tomorrow, that has that picture reminding me of Fenris. When I look at Zi on my screen, in almost all cases, I would agree.....not terribly Fenris like. BUT, that shot above......seriously need to find the screenshot in question. A quest!

I think the bright white screen is the biggest complaint, currently. I like the new site pretty well, although I do miss my friend feed.

Wow, this... this is going to take some getting used to. Not sure if I like the big pics. I know I can always resize them, but... ehh, lazy.

 

I was just about to look on the old BSN to find out on what pages all the reports were so I could fix my signature, but there are different amounts of posts per page here. We're 289 here and 230 on old BSN.

 

But on the plus side, custom avatar! Whee!

Many thanks! I was trying to figure out the post number of each one on the old forum, and for some reason I was way off. It was 24 per page on the old thread, right? Episode 1 was on page 164, ten posts down. At 24 per page, plus ten, that gives me post 3912. Here it's post 4085. I have a feeling I'm having some sort of massive mathematical brainfart.

I've already changed my avatar twice tonight! I waited so long for a custom avi, that I think I will be changing often.

 

I haven't had a chance to be on DD much lately, as my hubby has been playing Splinter Cell. Hopefully I will be back on tomorrow or Wednesday.

ahhhh.....nope. This site doesn't work well. Not happy. Typed out a whole post, and "tried" to add new pictures.....not only did it not work, but it wouldn't let me do anything. I originally tried to post the old fashioned way (img tags, yada-yada), and when that didn't work, I saw that there was an "image" icon. Tried to use that, and it not only didn't work, but it wouldn't let me out of the little pop-up box. Had to hit the back button for the browser, to get out of it.

So doing a little digging, and I suspect the problem is that I am using IE. IE seems to be having some issues with some of the functions (for example, IE users can't use the "quote" feature, and that has already happened to me). Now, I don't know for a fact that it is IE that wouldn't allow for me to post the pics, so @Shepen....could you tell me exactly what you did to add that picture (which is lovely, btw )?

BTW, you forgot to give Zihark a bow. lol! Ulee/Chase gave him one, but he is going to get a some found POC from Ari/Castor.

Don't have Firefox. New work laptop I am on. Only has IE, at the moment. Whatever one may think of IE, it is still probably one of the most commonly used browsers....seems odd that they would end up having issues with IE and this forum. *shrug* Hopefully they fix it. Not in a position to download Firefox or Chrome at this time.

Yeah, I'm also using Firefox, and I just copied the IMG tags from photobucket into the box. Hopefully this'll get sorted for you. In the meantime, maybe you could just post links? Or is the whole copy/paste process unusable? If so, BOO NEW FORUM. BOO.

I don't think I had one to begin with, a longbow, anyway, so thanks! I'll equip him properly tonight.

So I am trying everything in BBCode. Seeing if the quote and img tags work. So far the quotes do....on to images.

Gods I hope this works! lol!

(BTW, I changed Castor's hair back, and removed the chin scruff. Gack! Looked okay in the barbershop, but in snapshot....yeesh!)
