^Yeah, Daimon doesn't play nice. You'll get 'im, though.
You mean... the steps leading towards the exit? Where one of the pawns inevitably comments on how s/he senses something dark and evil blah blah blah (forget their exact words)?
I have had them follow me there. Garms will ignore you if you don't constantly spank them in the face though. If you're just standing around they will go for the pawns instead.
It's before "I sense a malice or summat like it." But it's that hall, yes. I can get them down the first set of stairs, but once I reach that room, they back off. I know I've had a garm next to an exit door, so it should follow, it's not out of its "territory", but it doesn't seem to want to go in that room.
I had no pawns with me, and kept hitting the garm so it wouldn't lose interest. As soon as I climbed up on the first stone block, the garm would turn around and the fight music would fade. I'd step back into the hallway, but it'd already be waaaaay back in the main room.
I once had a shot of it in the hallway, but ditched it as it was clipping through the far wall, I could only see its rear legs and tail. I figured it'd be easy to get again, and better. Maybe if I can draw a garm further down the hall, then run back to that room? I'll be able to catch it running by the door, at the very least.
Heeeeere, wolfie wolfie...

This is what I get for writing stuff before having photos to show it. It took quite some time to get a maneater to spawn in a certain chest.
I was Godsbaning. For a maneater.
