@curious - It's more a general observation between the two communities (i.e. Xbox Live vs. PSN for Dragon's Dogma). I have had many more strangers ranking on the Xbox, over the PSN, and both Chases are about equal with non-friended rentals. I feel bad if I don't gift and rate a pawn, that I rent. Heh! I have only ever given a less than perfect score once (and it wasn't THAT bad...I think I gave them four stars for everything), and that was because this particular pawn literally didn't do a thing. (this was before I understood Inclinations, and what to look for.)

*shrug* Meh. It is, what it is. Tis the risk of leaving your pawn open to public rentals. I don't have many on my friend list on the PSN, and since I rent pawns I don't know, I figure it is fair. It's my own weirdness. Nothing to see here.

@Shepen - love the avatar change! So looking forward to Tuesday. *jumping up and down* Also, another fantastic snap of Chase.

So I finally picked up a vile eye while it was stunned. I got some pictures on the PS3, just need to nab them on the thumbdrive. They aren't particularly good, unfortunately. I couldn't seem to get in a good spot for taking the screenie. Will post shortly.

Puffy-throat saurian got me another rare quest on the pawn community! Join up, folks! It's fun!

 

Okay, it's pointless, and my house is getting a little crowded, and it probably smells terrible, but it's fun.

 

I thought this was a better shot than the saurian, but oh well..

 

 

I'm currently running around with Seel, Arya, Alynna and Chase. There will probably be some shenanigans from this session to post in a bit, if the share button is still working. I haven't actually tried yet, too busy trying to get Seel's outfit right.

I usually put him in carrion mantle, the dark-colored breastplate, carrion claws and greaves, and some dark-colored pants. Unless he's dressing up for some special occasion for Shinon's report 

 

The pawn community thing scares me; I couldn't even figure out how to sign up properly!

Might come back one day and try a new adventure with a new Arisen.  For now I will mourn the loss of a pair of adventurers who will never complete their journey  

 

 

Im hopeful Talia will still be available online since she should still be on the server?  If one of you lovely people could take some profile pictures of her so that I may one day attempt to recreate her that be swell.

Ugh, so sorry, Captain. The fact that this has happened to at least three people in this thread alone is terrible. If your pawn is still on the server tonight, I will indeed take her for one last hurrah. If you do decide to start anew, we can send you XP boosters to try to speed up the process.

If you have a spare usb stick, maybe look into having two saves, as it's the only way to do so unless you have two gamertags.

It's scary that this can happen without warning. It shouldn't happen.

One of the people on my FL has a hacked pawn, he went from level 61 to 200 in a day. I'm going to delete him when I get home, I don't want that poisoning my save. (It's the same guy that messaged me and Car about the Ur-Dragon, he then kept pestering me to friend him so he could use my pawn. I don't think he actually has yet.)

Oh no!! Talia was my go to gal with Castor and Zihark. Stupid single save game. *shakes fist!* I do hope you consider giving it another go. Since both Zihark and Castor are lower level, you would have pawns that would work well with a new pawn. And, if you just want to breeze through the first part of the game, to get back to where you were, you can always grab the higher ranked pawns, level up enough to handle BBI, and start grinding.

If she is still on the server, I will still play with her. I will gladly take some pictures of her. I will put a circlet on her or something, so that you can see her face.

Got some great shots last night of the young ones (no reference to the 80's Brit show either....though, if I was referencing, I would definitely say that Zihark is Rick and Castor is Neal). I got Keen shot, but it isn't as nice as its upgrade. And wow! So forgot how much stamina you go through as an Assassin. Three shots of the bow, and Ari is doubled over. >.<

Just need to nab the shots from FB (and I still need to download the PS3 pics).

Ack! @Shep, I didn't realize that the guy hounding you and @Car had a hacked pawn. Yeesh. I have been lucky so far, but I really should back up my saves on the thumb drive. With Ulee/Chase, one save now is all I need really. They are already maxed, and so what if I lose items (should the save ever go bad). With Ari/Castor though, I would hate to have to start over at this point, though I probably would.

I was so paranoid about the 360 pawns for a while, that I stopped playing the online Ur-Dragon. I'm over it...

So here I am, trying my damnedest to get ole Strigi here to suck on Castor's blood, and the stupid gnat gets his head caught betwee the bars. Two seconds later, F!Chase puts a round of 10fold into its face. >.<

@Captain Crash - I grabbed Talia and took some snapshots. I changed out her mask and her armor plate, so you can get a good look at her. It's a good thing that I did. LOL! She proved to be very difficult to photograph. She was always so close to Ulee, that Lyncean Sight often didn't work, or she was always looking down (due to her type of attacks). In the end, I did manage some nice shots.





And a few of her and Ulee (Ulee appears to have started bench pressing Poison Undead...."Time to pump, YOU UP!")

Maybe I was just a little to quick turning off my XBox?  Regardless its sad to hear its happened to others also. A vast RPG with only a single save slot? Boggles the mind!  Kind of getting onto the angry stage now where all that effort feels wasted. Tried booting up another game, but its shot all motivation away from games at the moment. Well there are a few books I need to catch up on, so maybe its a blessing in disguise there.

I hope she still is.  She wont be going anywhere for a while if she is because I won't be booting up DD anytime soon now.  Just don't waste gifts on me

By what Gods, have I been so favored today! I swear, I am getting some of the best pictures I have snapped in a long time. Too hilarious seeing Chase, Castor and Briana fighting a Firedrake with no potions (woops), and Briana has fire weapons equipped. Me...busy. Ulee needed to work the camera. Priorities, after all.

@Necanor - I haven't had a chance to photograph Radien yet, but intend to. I have been having bad luck with getting Death to show up where I want him to, so I can easily take him out, and that has had me preoccupied on my PS3 version.
