For some reason my images come out on terribly low quality, but here are a few for a general idea:

The gang is hanging out, Raiden on the left, Monique in the middle, Dante on the right and Esperanza minding her own business.

Refreshments are in order.

@Necanor - I haven't had a chance to photograph Raiden yet, but intend to. I have been having bad luck with getting Death to show up where I want him to, so I can easily take him out, and that has had me preoccupied on my PS3 version.

Thanks, I'm still looking for a good piece of head armor that doesn't cover up his face anyway. I'm farming Death too, but he simply refuses to drop bone lanterns for me.

Omg. Freya is epic. Freya' is level 192 pawn that I got for friending a guy. And holy nuts, I almost defeat Awakened Daimon without any wakestones. Epic.

As a MK he's pretty easy if you're at least level 120, have a good weapon and a ton of conquerer's and demon's periapts. In all of my farms only had to use a wakestone once when I got pulled into that damn void sigil.

If you need a weapon, the chest behind the lower waterfall in the Bloodless Stockade has a fairly decent chance of containing a lvl 3 BBI weapon.

Three for three! I don't know why this got front paged, but I'll take it.

Spoiler

A screenie I saw there gave me an idea on how to get another kind of shot, and I'm about to hop on to see if it works.

Edit: yup, it does. Great Gamble, a skill I'd never used before but always wondered about, lets you control an arrow as it's flying. You can get gorgeous aerial shots, and, I assume, close ups if you aim at stuff. I just headed to the tip of BBI and let an arrow fly into the sky.

eeee Thank you all! :)  So appreciated!!!

Sad to leave her, but hopefully I can get her back (or really close) to her old self one day B)

Spent some time in the CC. This might be possible sooner than you thought. I think my version needs some polish, but she's close.

HAHAHA!! Got some BBI cursed items from my Ulee Arisen, and from both @Carcharoth and @newschmoo (thank you both. :) ). Saved before I purified, but didn't like the outcome based on Ari's and Castor's vocations. Then it dawns on me...DOH! I don't have a Godsbane. >.< :D

Logical would had me believe, that the "brine" would be the easiest/fastest way to get the "retry". Nup! The brine just spat Ari back out, and said "uh-uh!" :P lol! So, I started jumping off the edge of the waterway area to damage myself. Took about 6 leaps to finally bite it. But, at least it worked. heh!!

Wow thanks so much,  I think I owe you a beer for spending some time getting that close! :)  B)

You folks hav been really supportive, I appreciate it.  I will probably head back sooner then I expect.  I mean I was down to the last battle on BB! I can't leave it there  :P

Just the thought of grinding out levels is whats holding me back at the moment, even with exp boosters. Also considering changing to a mage class, although I think spell times and cooldowns will make that less fun.  Will watch some videos and decide.

Nabbing an infinity or high-level pawn and going to BBI as soon as you can will rocket you up levels. Even with the XP penalty, BBI beasties give a lot of xp and dp. As soon as you feel comfortable enough to not use a crutch, drop the high-level for increasingly lower level pawns. You'd be surprised how fast you can get back to where you were. I went there straight away with a team of level 10s, played for maybe half an hour (which includes all my time in share menus) and came out level 14. Every battle with multiple enemies results in leveling up something, be it your character or vocation.

I am going to act like a complete child right now, but dammit! I wrote out a huge post (with spoiler tags, images, text....), and because I still can't use the regular editor with IE, I lost all of it, when I tried to setup a hyperlink through the regular forum editor. I had switched out of BBCode to hyperlink, and not only did it not let me (still) use the option, but it wouldn't let me out of the damn window. Had to back all the way out of the thread, which means I lost the entire post.

Yes, I intend to download Firefox, but honestly IE is still a commonly used browser. I have used editors like the one that has been employed on this site, problem free with IE. Sorry for the mini-rant, but I really hated losing that post. (I did start a thread in the correct subforum about IE and the new editor not playing nice.)

So, since I don't have it in me to redo all of it, I will just spam last nights pics under a spoiler tag. If any of you are feeling adventurous (or just bored), feel free to add your own dialogue. ;)

@Shepen - Aerial shots....awesome! Thinking of trying out a bunch of different skills I have never used. I don't expect the results that Lyncean, Comet or Gamble have given, but maybe there will be some cool animations to capture in a screenshot. Could be fun.

@Coldy -I don't use IE all that often.  I am tending to use Google Chrome.  It doesn't crash that often. I also think your PSN Chase rocks and she will always get 5 stars from me.

@Captain Crash - sorry to hear your save got corrupted.  That happened to me, but luckily I had an earlier save on a pen drive, so I only lost 10 levels.  It really pee'd me off.  Damn Capcom for the one save!

Well yesterday was a really productive day for me - I killed my first Frostwyrm and cleared out all the beasties in the Fallen City (with help from Briana and Chase).

And to cap it all I defeated Awakened Daimon  :wizard: !

1960894_10202425304966917_1713140828_o.j

I was well chuffed (with help from Briana again and Chase Lite, or is that Chase II or ... I am not sure what to call him!  Definitely an experience seeing two Chases' in the Rift!)  He was so exhausted he nearly combusted

1966147_10202521729137461_1456130407_o.j

I have also taken out Zihark and Castor round the salubrious surroundings of BBI and they did really great - defeating two garms, a Chimera and a Cursed Dragon  :)

I have to admit my left thumb is a bit sore now!

@newschmoo - YAY, on beating ole AD! :wizard: The Chase in that one picture (where he is a little bit on fire :D ), is Ulee's Chase (Ranger class). Chasinon is sporting the "handyman Chase" look, which mean he's running as a Warrior right now. ;)

BTW, both Ulee/Chase and Ari/Castor have picked up your "White Knight" Thomas again. This is a good look on him. I likes....so shiny, and bright. :)

Front pager #4. I still haven't gotten anything in the "weekly theme" category, this week's is "Amusing Shots". Pity I can't recreate Giant Madeleine at will.

Well, time to curl up in a chair and work on the report. I just want them out of the Garden of Ignominy.

@Shepen - Okay...I need to "try" and sign up for the Pawn Community. Like @newschmoo, I got intimidated when I looked around the site. Congrats on get the front page. :D :D

Going to get online shortly to play a bit. May be sans DD for a few days after tomorrow, since the hubby and I are going to be playing Stick of Truth. ;)

Ahh yeah Stick of Truth, I was going to wait, but I think I need the fun of that game right now :P

I have Stick of Truth on order but being in the EU means having to wait as always :-( (Friday).

For those who now have it, is it as good as the reviews say? I hope so.

For now, it's back to Gransys. Does the BBI reset itself to the beginning at some point?

I am having a blast with it. I posted a mini-review in the Stick of Truth thread. They are under spoiler tags, but I kept spoilers to the bare minimum (plus, I haven't actually gotten that far in the main plot, since I have been so busy exploring. ;) ). There are a few quirky things about the controls, but it doesn't hamper the fun factor for me.

As for BBI, if you finish out the main storyline of the vanilla game, and go NG+, BBI will reset. ;) So you can still have your higher level Arisen/Pawn, and restart BBI. :)

Thanks for letting me know :-). I will wait till BBI resets before going back there .... Actually I think I will try and dent Death a bit more first!

Glad to hear you are enjoying the Stick of Truth. I would visit the thread but I'd only grumble and probably cry :-D! I will check out your review.

I think I might play a mage type character first.

I should be done TSOT tonight, I've been itching to come back to DD. Dark Souls 2 will be a problem, though. I'll have to clone myself and get a second Xbox.

Okay @Shep, I was going to post this in the correct thread, and I am a very bad woman for not doing so.

As for DD:DA, assuming I can get past this part in Stick of Truth (lol), then I will be heading back to Gransys and BBI with the young'uns. Though, I may run through SOT one more time (or on the side), to try a different class. I just won't worry about every little side quest. Screw the kindergarteners. :P

@newschmoo - Since Death (along with the whole BBI story) obviously resets when finishing out the main game and going to NG+, I would say try and kill him once now. Especially if you have some health already whittled down. The fastest way to take him out, is to get him to spawn in the Garden of Ignominy, go in as Ranger, take liquid vims and four Conquerors Periapts at the same time, and load up on the Blast Arrows. Then hit him right after he appears with 10fold (Blast Arrows equipped, of course), and just keep hitting him with 10 fold/blast arrows while he is on the ground. Add more liquid vims and periapts as needed. Rinse repeat as necessary.

Now, if you are not comfortable with playing Ranger, then go ahead and set up for Magick Archer. Be sure you have all the magick attack increases you can get (augments, clothing/armor), and of course, stock up on Demon Periapts. Try catching him in the Bloodless Stockade someplace with narrow halls, but where you can "sort of" stay out of sight. Then stack four periapts (a liquid vim if your stamina isn't terrible high), and start shooting off Ricochet. *note* Also use the Articulacy augment and put the Wyrmking ring in your "backpack", if you have it available to you. This will allow you to shoot that skill rapidly. Rinse repeat as necessary.

Have fun! :)

Hmm, so that's why this thread's been so quiet lately! Everyone's off playing a new game  Me, I've been Mardi Gras-ing (I'm in Louisiana). But I've also been playing with DA2 instead of DD:DA lately, just cause I've got this fun Hawke + Fenris Hard playthrough I'm trying to role through. Fun times. But hard times.
