Hello DD players I recently watched some videos by Manufactured Opinion on YouTube about class leveling ect where he explained the leveling process. And it left me wondering if I screwed my self over he said that you should plan your class advancement his example was starting out as a fighter 10 lvls, sorcerer 40 lvls, mystic knight 50 lvls, assassin 100 lvls to get the best mix of stats for the end game farming. In no way did I do this I bounced around I would play fighter get bored play ranger then assassin then mage ect my strength is 1974 give or take magic is 600+ att lvl 117 I really want to take on the Ur-Dragon but I wanted to get the opinion of everyone here did I &$@? my self over changing classes so much or should I stop worrying about it?
Firstly, don't beat yourself up on your current "build". A lot of people end up heavy-sided (either strength/attack or magick). Having said that, I did follow something closer to what that YT vid talks about, with my latest build (though, I focused it more on my pawn, than my Arisen. LOL!). I did that mostly because I just wanted to. You can still farm anything, by level 200. Trust me.

The stat points are best gained before reaching level 100, so many that focus on "build" types, do take advantage of that fact. (**BTW, did you mean you have "197" Magick, since 1974 base magick would put you in godtier/glasscanon amazaballs...LOL!!) Anyway, you still have quite a few levels before reaching 200. Even though the attributes per level up go down, once you pass level 100, you can still gain plenty of points between now and Infinity. If you really want to start balancing your Magick attack, then playing as Sorcerer for a number of levels will gain you the most points towards your base Magick Attack. Not sure if someone posted this for you before, but here is the Stats Growth page, for reference:
http://dragonsdogma....ki/Stat_GrowthsAgain, let me give you some assurance. MA and MK may be awesome, and they definitely improve with better magick stats. But, if you really like playing Assassin or Ranger (which I personally think are great vocations for farming), your stats are already kickass for that. LOL! Some players will even do this on purpose; make their Arisen heavy in either magick or strength/attack, and do the opposite for their pawn. Play as you want to play, and if you decide later, to make another ARisen to get the best stats, do it. You can always set up another account on your PS3, and start a new game under that account. This would also give you the added bonus of being able to "friend" your other Arisen and pawn (so you can "gift" yourself.

).
Anyway, hope this helps, and have fun!
