LOL!!!!!! I want a house with nothing but Valmiro's and Reynard's now. And ambrosial meat, cause one time I killed about six full herds of oxen trying to get one. I felt bad at first, but then something raw and animalistic took over. It was scary.

Okay, I evidently made an account at the Pawn Community. However, I have no idea how to do anything whatsoever. I'm trying to follow the steps on how to upload screenshots, but I can't get past step one. 

1. Select "Pawn Community" from the Main Menu.

ALL RIGHT!! I was able to add screenshots. And weirdly default cropped avatars of Rohan and Seel, who I guess this thing is going to consider my main pair. Wish I'd done Arya and Dai instead since I think of them as my main pair, but that's okay.

 

Now to figure out how to go on quests, and how to see you guys' pics and abodes o.o

@Curious - First off, YAY. Welcome!

 

I think you can change which pair the site considers your main pair in your settings (it's on the sidebar with a little gear symbol). You should also look into turning on comments for your screenies (also in Settings) so people can shower your gorgeous pawns with praise.

 

In order to find people to favorite, you can either click on people that liked your photos to go directly to their pages, or you can just dig through all the screenshots via the main screenshot tab or front page. Once you favorite someone, when they upload new photos, it'll show up on the sidebar when you're on your timeline. It'll only show the most recent three people to do so, beyond that you'll have to look them up on your favorites page.

I haven't checked in for a few months, but I wanted to let you guys know that I finally caught back up, and even finished Bitterblack Isle (the first time through, I still haven't finished an "awakened" BBI) after losing most of my progress twice.

 

I back up the save file very regularly, now!

I was just looking at the pawn community site earlier today (Thank you Kaidan Fan), and I caught some of Shepen's screenies. Also saw Shin in the "pawn" section.

Well, maybe I will look at joining the Pawn Community too. So if I have this right, Carcharoth, Shepenwepet, newschmoo, and now Curious are already signed up. Correct? Anyone else I am missing?

I really need to play again...the new Ulee may be kind of studly, but I can't leave him/her like that. I need my Scully look-a-like back. Anyway, will keep that on the agenda for sometime tomorrow. Trying to play catch up with work and house duties, since being sick. But all is well again (okay, my nose is still a little stuffy, but nothing big, and my energy is coming back ). Hope Stormheart has improved as well.

I need infos about the Pawn community, I joined two groups on Facebook but that was just more like "be a sport and rent my pawn" or "help plz I need X-item, will trade for." This sounds more pic-centered and fun.

Yeah, I'm much more prolific there than here because it's much less of a hassle to post shots. I don't have to be at my computer to do it either. And thanks for readin'!

 

As for the categories, they're all there for you to select when you upload shots, but it's not necessary to do so, it merely gives your photos a chance to be front paged in that category. I think you can still select a category if you look at each pic individually, when the sidebar for cover image and pawn/arisen avatar is there.

 

The theme changes every week and front page photos are usually recent (1-2 days prior) uploads. There's still a "screenshots" section on the front page that doesn't go by category.

I let my brother borrow my Dragon's Dogma game (w/o bbi version) and he gave back today.  HE DIDN'T LIKE IT!  He is not my brother. I don't know who he is.

Okay, just made an account for the Pawn Community. Ummm.....not sure what to do with it. LOL! I guess I will start with screenshots. So am I to understand, that if I use the "community" button in the game (I think that is listed somewhere in one of the menus), I can auto load pics I take with the Share button? Or am I just making crap up, cuz I think it would be so nice and easy if it worked that way.

For now, I will just load a few, and see how things go. Boop!

@Curious - am I correct in assuming Kelly hasn't reached the Ward of Regret yet? I ask as I am in need of a shot only folks on their very first run of BBI can get - the broken riftstone in the Ward of Regret. It's not totally necessary (I can still get a pic of a broken riftstone from elsewhere and just "say" it's the ward) but if you can get it, that'd be peachy. All pawns in the report already are allowed, just hide Kelly.
