@Curious - Nah, no Godsbaning in the Sparyard. I just got lucky with one of the Firedrakes dropping a lvl.3 Weapon. Which they can do, on occasion.

Note to Shep: I usually visit the pawn community on my iPad, and the site is kind of annoying to navigate; every time you like or comment on a snapshot, the only way to return is to hit back, and it takes you all the way to the top of the page. So I just want to apologize if I sometimes don't get to all your shots 

The site is annoying to navigate regardless of what you're using. But if you're going on my 'screenshots' tab, try going on my timeline instead. You can click through photos there, but not from the 'screenshots' page. (From there, you have to click back, like you said, which I hate as well.) If you are going through my timeline, keep hitting "show more" until you see photos you've already seen, Scroll back up to the top and click on the first one, you should be able to click through all you missed with the 'next' arrow. Hope that helps!

Unless it's glitchy with likes and comments on iPad... I know when you comment, you have to click the comment button again to bring back the 'next' arrow, but likes shouldn't mess you up.

Really, though, the site is a bit glitchy anyway. Half the time my comments don't register unless I post them in the details window.

Is anyone doing anymore pawn group pics or theme caps?

I kinda like that idea, although I won't be able to contribute until I get my computer back, as when I try to use img tags with this piece of crap, the site changes them into links for some reason. Hang on, I'll try again.

I could try to do a theme cap, but I tend to get lost in actual playing. If I switched to my infinity pair it'd give me something to focus on. But I'll play Kelly and Kael for hours and not even even remember to take a single screencap.

Got in some more play time, and more snapshots. But, yet again, I still need to drag them off of FB (along with the others as well). I hate having to go to FB. Would have been great if we could have linked directly to the photosharing site of our choice. *nods*

I too sometimes forget to take pics when I am with Ari and Castor. Ulee and Chase get more photo time, since they are maxed. When I get set on something though (like Ur-Dragon hunting - the non-photo snapping type....lol - or making a run all the way through BBI, without going back to Olra's hangout, then I sometimes forget to take screenies. Guess I'm "focused". But usually, photos are one of my main goals for playing (thank you Shepen ), hence I have so many damn pics of these goofballs, cluttering two laptops and taking up multiple albums on PB.

I have never given thought to themes for my arisen or pawn.

Me too.  I did have a bit of a play on Bound by Flame yesterday, only because I want to finish it so I can sell it.  But other than that I've hardly been on the Playstation or Xbox in the last week.  I have spent most of my time sorting out work and family stuff.  Talk about work/life balance!

 

Loving the song choices for the pawns.  I kind of thought this might be a good one for Shinon (particularly with the way that Ian Brown holds his mike) -

I just got this game a month or so ago and have played the hell out of it.  I played through it enough times so that I only party with my own pawns now.  I'm made it to the bottom of Bitterblack finally and am about to fight the boss for the first time.  Few shots of me and my loyal pawns.

I think my Strider pawn is my favorite, just seems to have the best AI.  She hardly ever dies, even though she climbs, goes to the front line or anything else.  Takes out the ranged attackers for me, just awesome.  The fighter isn't bad either, but the mage.../sigh sometimes it requires some patience

What level are you? Strider and ranger pawns do best in BBI; next would probably be fighters and sorcerers. If you're high level, doesn't really matter, especially if the pawn is built well and carrying good weapons/armor

I'm overleveled for the fight I'm sure.  Mainly due to two reasons.

 

1) I didn't understand how BBI worked at first because I try not to use guides or go in forums until I've done everything once, which is why I'm just sticking my head in here now.  So when I went into BBI for the first time at lvl 50 or so Death appeared and killed two of my pawns with one swing so I thought I was underleveled and ran out.  Leveled up in Everfall and didn't come back until I was around 65-70 lol.

 

2) My best friend has scared me so much talking about how hard BBI is once you flip it I just leveled up and collected gear so I'm at about lvl 100 now on all my pawns.    I've been lucky on the purifying so far so my pawns are really well geared.

Yeah I have three accounts and use my own pawns, that way all the inclinations work well together, plus I get levels on one and rift crystals on the others.  I used other pawns in the beginning obviously but it took me so long to pick them out, going through skills, etc and then having to change constantly because they don't level.  This way I can just sign on and play, and the levels stay close because I go back and forth between the games so much. 

 

I haven't really started a friends list yet, but I will look you guys up next time I play.

His competitiveness with Chase led him to developing the Holy Crotch Laser. He's still pretty far behind Barnaby, though, who can melt sirens' faces with his.

Finally got off my lazyazz, and downloaded the pictures. Still haven't played for about five days though. Got side tracked...

First up, the Ari and Castor's trek to take down AD for the first time.

I initially had Arya with Zihark, in the party. Up until the Arisen's Refuge. I chickened out, when I remembered I would probably get beat up a bit in the Sparyard. Was afraid I might use up too many pots if I took Zi with us. *sobs!* So sorry for the lack of confidence, Zi!! (Turns out, I killed both Firedrakes, almost exclusively from up top of the stairs, spamming Ninefold Bolt....live and learn.

Anyway, here is the gang trooping it through the Fallen City.



I can't lie...Chase kicked ass on AD. He wasted no time jumping on and wacka-doodling his ass. Seriously...his ASSSS!


Ari, felt more inclined to go for the crotch area.


And then they all stood around, staring stupidly....Well done bobble-heads.

I briefly switched Ari to Assassin, to DF the shield and bow I got, going after AD.

She's in the same level category as Castor and Zihark, which works out really well.

Lastly, I changed Ari back to MK. Still trying to finish out that damn vocation.

I sheet you not, it happened in both of Daimon's forms. I kept sort of getting "stuck" in his crotch. I did have "Adhesion" enlisted in my Augments.

Ah, don't feel bad about bootin' lil' Zi, his mom would do the same if she could. 

 

That reminds me, Zi's group killed awakened daimon (along with Briana and Shinon, I believe) back around level 100. I went back last night at 12...7? and couldn't damage him. The first time we killed AD, I had Zihark as a sorcerer, and he had holy affinity, which he constantly used to buff my fivefold flurries. This time around, I had fighter Barnaby as my main pawn (no shield, caretaker's garb, a non-dragonforged Cursed Light) and for my support pawns I had Briana and sorcerer Alynna. (She's AWFUL. She kept climbing on things. She's now up in the rift as a strider, because it was clear that's what she wanted)

 

She had holy affinity, but for some reason, the buff made no dfference. I was doing no visible damage, whereas when I was at level 100, I could damage and stunlock AD with basic arrows. Does the sorcerer's magic stat make a difference with affinity spells? I thought they were just there to 'flavor' your weapons, where the extra damage dealt was based on the weapon user's stats. I should check the wiki. Someday.
