Well I beat Death this evening for the first!! Wow that was fun. (Thanks Castor and Briana again for the help!) 
Wish I used a Veterans Talisman, I was not expecting that amount of exp! I went from lvl86 to 92!! 
I get the feeling as much fun as Inquisition will be, the combat just wont be as fun or enticing as DD. The tactical camera and fore-planning will be interesting though.
Congrats, Captain! Savor that victory, as he's gonna pop back up with a full health bar quicker than you can say "the reaper comes, Arisen!" ... he's a jerk.
As for DA:I, I'll probably be glued to it for a few weeks. Luckily, DD is a game you can jump back into after a long hiatus like nothing happened. Plus you get presents. That probably have all turned into rocks.
I'm gonna recreate Alynna in DA:I to the best of my CC abilities, I'll post her pic here once that happens.
I really keep intending on finishing my NG+ but now that ACU will be out and then DA:I it will probably be some time before I do. And I'm never going to have all the pretty armors and weapons that comes from finishing BBI

I feel you. My PS3 pawn has managed to acquire some weapons and armour my Xbox 360 Arisen and Thomas can only dream of! BBI was just more generous on PS3!
I must apologise for not playing much DD and for not visiting the forum much. I haven't been playing many games at all over the past week or so. Plus I have been avoiding BSN for a while, just to avoid spoilers and some of the negativity about Dragon Age Inquisition.
However, I am guessing that you are all going to be playing DAI (which is going to take an absolute age to complete). I am currently pre-loading it onto my PC now and hopefully I will be able to have a play tomorrow

These guys were supposed to be milking the franchise. I'm upset we aren't onto Dragon's Dogma bloody 4 by now! What happened to you Capcom? The one time when people want you to spill out sequels and you don't. lol
Seriously though, I hope there is an announcement next year for DD2. It's been three years since the announcement of DD1. I have a feeling we won't see a sequel until 2016 but perhaps this will be an indication to the BEAST that DD2 will be hopefully, improving upon all the flaws of DD and producing one of the best games of this decade. DD was great but there was missed potential for something even greater that DD2 will hopefully fulfil.
Plus I have been avoiding BSN for a while, just to avoid spoilers and some of the negativity about Dragon Age Inquisition.

They're too busy ignoring the fanbase while working on the FTP "Breath of Fire VI"

Capcom's relationship to the fans hasn't been the best and they're more likely to put out 3 more versions of Street Fighter IV before we get a Dragon's Dogma 2, which is a shame because DD:DA has a large fanbase and cult-following, if capcom makes it WE WILL BUY IT!

Hey so for my DD:DA friends playing Inquisition on XBONE & PS4 (since the graphics look amazing), would you mind doing me a small favor along the lines of using the CC to recreate a couple characters for me?
^ I would if I had enough mastery of it in order for my character to NOT look like an ape that's had too much plastic surgery as soon as I enter the actual game. I must have skipped over a slider or two. Or eight. Twice. (I restarted once, almost restarted a second time but I just wanted to plaaaaay...)

I can try, although my character creation skills are not great. I am never quite satisfied with my 'creations'. And the hair options are ... I am not going to moan, it is the only issue in an otherwise great game (plus hair is always an issue in games anyway)!

She actually has olive skin with a few freckles, but it was the best image I could get of her (she is standing in some light).
When I get round to doing my male Inquisitor, I am going to make him either look like Arthur or Thomas, I can't decide (that's the problem with the game, decisions, decisions ....!)

Like many, I have been completely preoccupied with DA:I. I am trying to grab silly pictures in that game. Having some issues with it though, since we can't completely hide the UI (at least I haven't found a way to do that....Hmmmm). )

I was just thinking about this thread, and wondering when Shinon's next report would show up 
I will definitely be returning to DD eventually; DAI is diverting, but it's not as wonderful as I was hoping it would be, so after I finish my first playthrough, I'll be moving on to other games. I need to wait a few years for mods to come out before I return to DAI. (And it's looking like cosmetic mods, hair, clothes, etc. WILL happen, but I'm also waiting for gender-gating to be removed from romances cause I dislike my options.)

I could use a streamlined version of the game so I don't have to go gardening and hunting and landmark hunting and blah blah blah blah for 50 hours instead of actually playing the quests Here's hoping.
So yeah, soon I'll be fixing Seel's horrible augment situation, bringing Arya to infinity (I think she is still like level 95 or something LOL), and continuing to build Kelly. I seriously miss this game. It's too glorious to let lie dormant for too long.
DD2 would be a godsend. I can't even imagine how ridiculous the plot will be

I am so pissed! I turned Qattiel's Pawn into a Blackwell-esque warrior named Drystan and loaded him up with awesome equipment and it was all lost in the server!!

You got a rock or it just disappeared? If it just hasn't shown up, rest with the sender then switch to Qattiel again. If you send 12 or more pieces of gear/items, it's too much and becomes rocks.
Alynna can throw you some gear if Qattiel isn't set to private. Anything special in mind?

Didn't show up! I rested and re-rested with both the sender & sendee and zilch, zero. I only equipped him with Chimeric chest piece, plate coat, scarlet cape, scale arm, gryphic victory and the iron cuisses (my sender profile is low on cash after buying the armor & sword)
