Hate to rain on your parade, but this is the same site that said DD2 was confirmed several years ago. If they get their "news" from "alleged leaks" on 4chan... yeah.
While I wouldn't rule out Capcom doing this, because it does sound like something they WOULD do, rather than giving us a nice new game, it probably isn't going to happen. At least any time soon.
Would I buy it, though? ...yeah. And I'm ashamed of it. Kind of. Not really. I'm so not ashamed at all.
I'd much prefer a DD:DA remaster than DDO. My copy of DD:DA isn't even mine, it's my brother's, who got it for free when he traded in Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. He didn't even play DD:DA, his backlog's bigger than mine. I may have put in enough hours for the both of us, though.
I'm going to start Dark Arisen.
Any tips? I hear it's difficult.
I'm currently playing as a strider.
I wish I was back here, when everything was new. It's quite the experience. Running into NEW beasties? Getting NEW gear?
I don't have any tips that haven't already been said - although blessed flowers are nice to have on BBI. (Veteran's Periapts are nice too, but they don't last.) You'll rocket up levels if you have one active. Once you're hardy enough to survive a few fights, a good place to level up is the Rotunda of Dread, which is a room you might stumble on early on. Monsters instantly respawn there if you leave and return, unlike most of the other rooms. There're good fights there on your first run - Evil Eyes, Hydras, ...a pile of ogres, I think...
- The new Barnaby appears to be a pawn dressed like a priest in purple vestments

- Alynna
If Selene's in the game as a "Witch of the Woods", I'm calling shenanigans. Those two and Rook would have been the only characters they could have used as a nod to the original and still have made at least some sense.
I did not have the balls/ovaries to take on Death until I was level 200

He still scares me!!!!
Although perhaps not so much when I think of how he is portrayed in Shinon's Report.... xD
...I wish I could spoil you, I *really, really* wish I could spoil you on that. It's so ...errrrgh. It fits SO WELL. As soon as Bloodborne's out of the way, I'm finishing that. It's all up in my brain, just not on a screen.
