I didn't end up playing last night. But I'm looking forward to a 3-day weekend, jam-packed with some DA!

I really should be using Hundred Kisses as a dagger skill. I think I've been mostly sticking to Cutting Wind, and...umm...apparently that's the only dagger skill I actually use, since I can't remember the others. I notice lately I've been opting to hang back, and snipe at a distance.

Hundred Kisses is my Go-To dagger skill. Its like the only melee skill thats completely usable both on foot and clinging to a giant monster. I do like Cutting Wind too, just because its so zippy.

Both those skills seem so superior to the sword versions. Dire Gouge does alot more damage clinging to a monster, but isn't usable at all on foot. Its hard to justify a skill on your limited skill selections you can't use all the time. And the sword version of Wind (Blitz Strike?) doesnt work as well.

Huh. I never tried using a skill while clinging to a monster; I've always just hacked and slashed. Where the heck have I been all this time? That would probably make things easier, derp.

I like these and Instant reset. Don't need any of the other dagger skills.

Oh yeah its glorious. Nothing is scarier and more awe inspiring than my pawn attaching herself to a dragon's heart and Hundred Kissing it to oblivion.

I've seen her take down the Devilfire Dragon in seconds while I'm still busy climbing up its leg. Its like some sexy, but unholy, cross between an Alien face hugger and a rabid weasel.

Instant Reset is gold, but I usually save the third slot for my personal favorite, Escape Onslaught. One of the most swashbuckling moves in the game.

I personally prefer Hundred Kisses to Dire Gouge as well, mostly because I value the extra mobility (I need that dodge-roll, because my assassin still seems to take a ton of damage on Hard), and I think I've grown too accustomed to Instant Reset that I've forgotten to try the other skills.

Damion is dead.

Then I fought God. Became God. Killed myself. Started NG+ and fought God again who turned out to be my Arisen. So what happened was an epic battle with my Arisen fighting himself. My TV blew up at the awesomeness at it all. My house set on my fire. I died and so did everyone in my city from the fire.

Thanks Obama.

Now I'm in Hell and it's freezing down here. Good internet connection though, I give Satan that but everything else here sucks. Oh and the spiders are *mammoth* sized.

P.S

@Whoever is called Peter the "Dick" here

There's this geezer down here. "Cut Throat" Thomas he calls himself. Says you owe him money. Just thought I should mention it. When he's not screaming about how much he wants to murder somebody he's actually a nice guy and has some cracking jokes to tell too.

Anyways I'm thinking of starting a new playthrough on Cloud Device. This time on normal difficulty of course. The assassin class looks awesome.

So that's why I'm cold... You must be on the ninth floor. Try fighting the Seneschal while online next time. You fight a random Arisen and their pawn.

Not nearly as interesting as fighting yourself don't you agree?

Loved the Damion boss battles though. Pretty tough even at LV 170. No point going back through the game now though as that character as everything is a push over at LV 200 (hard mode or not). Still need to grab four more achievements.

I really need to figure out how to get pics off my PS3 from the game. Her new Trophy Jacket is a bit over the top on cleavage showing. But damn for not covering much it sure is good armor.

I have the full Trophy Armor set, so I'm well aware of the revealing nature of which you speak. Hehe. My Arisen wears that set, but I make her wear something underneath it. The scar is a bit much to look at, otherwise.

It looks fantastic on Carcharoth's pawn (Briana), though. Posted Image Hawt.

And here Briana demonstrates to Shinon what to do when a maneater tries to eat the arisen. It was all for naught as he'd left the room a while ago.

Judging by Gabrielle's expression, THIS WAS ALL PART OF HER PLAN.

....what?

Another maneater attack, Briana always saves the day.

If only his index finger was lowered a little...

And here are just a few monster shots.

^I'd be more inclined to believe he'd do that if he didn't run away screaming as soon as something gets into melee range.

He sometimes even hides behind the arisen when he's using his longbow. Can't get icky monster blood on his boots.

Since I thought my Arisen looked like a She-Ra reject anyway, I decided I'd go the rest of the way with it, if only for a few seconds to take the picture because I'm terrible with melee classes.

It just this second occurred to me that she had a loyal, ab-displaying archer buddy.

I don't have much to add, but...finally kicked the Ur Dragon's butt. Well, in offline mode. But still.

Posted Image

And holy crap, I didn't realize Gabrielle's lips were so pouty. Might have to fix that. Well, as soon as I commandeer the big tv back. The hubs is watching UFC prelims on it atm.

I only wish I had a Blasphemer's Cloak. I haven't acquired many level 3 items lately. And when I do, it seems to be something I already have as well. I'm still hoping for the rest of, well, any of the set pieces.

I keep hoping for Carrion Armor, but don't have a single piece yet. I can totally see Gabs in it. I have a couple of the Grave pieces, but that's about it. I'm still kicking myself for somehow missing the chests after defeating Daimon the first time. Ugh.

Briana: "Oh, are we cosplaying? What do you think I should go as?"
Gabrielle: "Well, you're already a red-headed archer, so..."
Briana: "I want to be a kitty-cat!"
Gabrielle: "Yes, you should go as Leli... cat?"
Briana: "And Shinon can dress up as that one guy from the Fire game!"
Gabrielle: "You''re crazy again..."
Briana: "We'll need to find you a mistletoe circlet and dye your hair purple. You get to be a pony!"
Gabrielle: "..."

^ OMG. You guys kill me. Posted Image

I forgot I took this last night. We made a little detour to the Shadow Fort to take out a few Goreclops for a crappy Vandal's ring. That was the first time I witnessed a pawn manning a ballista. I must be completely oblivious when I play.

She must. I think she covets everything my Arisen holds dear.

I've been toying with the idea of pulling my original Arisen out of retirement, so I can go on the books as having completed two runs. I did finally get Iorveth to not look like a pansy. Not sure he would work very well in Team Sexy, though. Might ruin the estrogen/testosterone ratio.

Decisions, decisions. I guess I should go kill a wyrm or four while I'm thinking about it. Maybe Daimon, if I make it that far.

And P.S. I've been playing as a Strider, and realize that I suck eggs at it. Posted Image
