I've been playing through Leliana's Song and apparently I have missed one of the pieces of leather in a locked chest.

Is there a way to add it via console, or mark the quest as finished somehow?

Not that I know of, unfortunately. Leliana's Song isn't particularly long though, so you could just replay it and stop once you've found all the pieces.
