Well we can pretend it's Mass Effect related, but since the topic poster admitted he/she just wanted to know how people react then there isn't much to discuss. Of course only the original poster or a mod have the authority to determine when a thread should be locked unless the thread has become offensive or seriously off-topic.

I don't thread a sea of "InB4ThaLock" is very constructive at all. This thread is harmless. I don't see the need for forum members to put n their backseat moderator badges. I'd leave up to the people whose responsibility it is to decide when a thread needs locking.

I think banning the OP would be a bit extreme. If someone wants to be part of the community then I say they should be allowed to. Banning people for every minor offense doesn't exactly a nice taste in anyone's mouth especially when that person wasn't really a troll.

Judging on this response I don't see a troll. I just see someone who made a joke thread that no one found funny and doesn't want to be banned for it. A real troll loves to banned and argued with because it's recognition of their existence in a negative way.

Lincoln Park would be terrible in Mass Effect. The music doesn't fit AT ALL!!!!!!

For the record I used to like Lincoln Park, but don't really listen to any music anymore. Lincoln Park started to suck after Minutes to Midnight, well at that exact album, and none of their music fits Mass Effect.

Lincoln Park is all of this angst filled crap while Mass Effect is supposed, SUPPOSED*, to be a mature space opera about the survival of sentient beings. Those tow don't go together AT ALL!

*I say supposed because ever since Mass Effect 2 I'm wondering if the development team suddenly shifted their target audience to 12 year olds. Still like Mass Effect 2.

This is the realm of Music Vids set to game cutscenes, not pop music invading Mass Effect. Doing so would make a lot of complainers right, we'd have to rename the game Mass Appeal. Which might work for the courtroom drama, mind you. Name only, not music idea.
